I have a challenge that I've done in my world that I called End-core You start by getting a book and quill and then loading 1 shulker box with any 27 items you want. Discarding everything else but the book and the box. Then you go to the End (I chose an outer end island). Every time you do something noteworthy (built a house, made a farm, mob-proofed the area) you write it in your book. You're not allowed to leave until you have 100 entries (or a full book if you want to go beyond) and if you die you fail the challenge. The limited world size and the need to do things really pushes your creativity.
You know what are great ways to expand your storage in early game nomad? Chestboats, a llama train, and a donkey/mule. A person forgets about them because of how much time they spend in the mid and lategame, but they offer a significant boost to storage with minimal time investment. Especially with the wandering traders generously providing leads and llamas no matter your biome.
We like exploring the world on horseback. Using Chunk Base to plan out the trip, avoiding water is quite the challenge. Seeing the world up close and personal like this, it's a whole new perspective after hours and hours of flying.
I've actually been doing the all achievement one on my phone! Usually I play only java but I decided to come back to my origins and finally finish the game 100%. Currently at 91/125 achievements :]
I think on bedrock the all achievements run can still be done, but you’ll need to manually track each achievement you make. I for instance only have 54% of the trophies in minecraft so I’d have to write down all the ones I have already, then as I do them a second time, mark it off. Just make sure to triple check before you start so you don’t end up having to redo one you just did an hour or two ago
Conquering and taming the Nether has been one of my favorite parts of my survival experience, so I've been wanting to try a Nether only game for a long time. I would want to look into a mod of some kind that still allows End access so I can beat the game, or decide on another goal beyond some kind of "100 days" BS.
I always build my bases out of caves that way they're always different. Some bases are big. Some are small. But I normally make my first base at spawn and build bases about 1000 blocks away when I get bored
i definitely think mojang needs to allow some mods on console as well as allowing us to just add our own skins. its easily done on pc aka (java). however if you even try to do it on console (bedrock) its borderline impossible to avoid without people pointing you at their “store.” it would even draw in a lot more people especially if you could attach them to server’s. they could even make it a prerequisite that you need a realms subscription or whatever. all they have to do is allocate some of the money towards creators.
Mojang can’t just allow mods on console. To do that they would have to get permission from each of the companies who make the consoles (mainly Sony, Nintendo and to an extent, Microsoft) in order to allow players to hack their systems
I recently tried the island survival challenge with some ambitious builds planned which was nostalgic to my very first world, but it was on the seed that spawns you on a Woodland Mansion roof on that small island. I was scared of illagers at first as I never fought horrifying vexes before this, but then stacked up armor and luckily fished up a savior power 4 bow and swept them out, making the mansion my base. Unfortunately, I went to the Nether and came back to find the mansion mostly burned down. I didn't understand how but I guessed it was hit by lightning, maybe putting allays in boats kept the overworld loaded. I don't think I'm going back. (Edit: I also suspect a bug where ghast fireballs went through the portal, I'm on java but I'm not sure it was that)
Some other really hard challenges: 1) The Completionist - Get one of every item in Minecraft 2) The Ultra-Completionist - Get one of every item including variants (all enchanted books, all versions of every potion, a zoo with every mob) 3) The Mega-Ultra-Completionist - Get one of every item including every potential variation (every tool with each possible enchantment, every armor with every possible trim, all 3587 possible tropical fish, zoo includes rare mobs like Chicken Jockeys, a Blue Axolotl, etc.)

@@heatran4109 After spending some time collecting Tropical Fish, I've deduced that it is 2,700 because there are only 15 colors used (black isn't used due to obscuring eyes). I've also found that Yellowtail Parrot Fish do not spawn due to a bug. The grind is real though... it takes 900 Blocks of Iron just to craft enough buckets to hold them all in, but I've created a special building just to store them all in and added Conduits to the nearest Warm Ocean where I can swim around and fill up my inventory with unique Tropical Fish is just a few minutes. I'll get there some day.
Do a RESPECT for the DEAD run, where anytime something dies, you bury the drops to let it Naturally Despawn alternately you could use chest coffins to store the drops
As a speedrunner i'll tell you, if random seed worlds are boring, that is entirely minecrafts fault. There could literally be battle towers everywhere and random events but there are not, they like to keep everything in a box of "We only want to hire 10 people and those 10 people do all of our everything programming wise, we don't like to change the game so that it doesn't vary from the original feeeeeeeeeeeeel, but we add things meticulously so they aren't broken, but they always end up broken anyway, cause we got 10 people working on it" It's all on Mojang for what percentage of people think random seed is boring, Modders blast out vast worlds and Mojang absolutely could have hired on massive amounts of people to make massive amounts of variance, I don't think they are lazy, it's an obvious design choice and also a little bit of king on the thrown syndrome where they have all the power to change what they want, but they choose to drip feed instead of flood the plain. Is it a good choice to do it like that? enh, maybe. I think they could add QOL that has been ignored for years. If you put it up to popular opinion it would probably be a terrible game though. Everything would be lucky block / "minecraft but"/ and phantoms

Hay Toycat. I've just discovered something that i don't know if others know about the Nether in Minecraft. I have a location map equipped to find a location in the real world when i went into the Nether. Much to my surprise i can still see my location on the real world map but its now red as im moving around in the Nether. I wasn't sure if you knew or not and thought i let you know.
Undersea challenge looks really freaking cool. Kinda like Subnautica, but with a lot less variety of fish... and also drowned zombies. I really wanna see this, or get a seed that allows this. Was the seed for that challenge shown in the video? No, doesn't look like it. :
for the single chunk challenge i would use the border block. that blocks movement through the whole vertical distance from bedrock to buildlimit and its invisible
There used be a data pack (dunno if it's still around) that made it so you couldn't breathe on land for more than a few seconds and had to stay in the water to breathe like a fish.
I still have the challenge of going to the End and slaying the dragon. I’m still on a quest to find the exact world that I really feel the best about. I’ve restarted several times. I still want a plains village next to a badlands. I liked seed 666 before C&C completely changed it. I want that seed back only with the pretty caves and the deep dark.
Imagine of Minecraft added “The Single Chunk Challenge” and “The Nether Challenge” as A ACTUAL Game Mode Challenge Feature, who knows?; it might be a Future Update!
I have a weird one for Number 10 Bedrock on a Touch Screen Laptop (They exist) I tried it once it's slightly better then phone due to the big screen of a Laptop but it's just weird to play with Phone Controls on a PC
My number one tip is not to rush, find a place to settle down and take is slow while making sure to cover all the aspects of the game. Also, if you want to do something, you should just do it straight away instead of putting it off endlessly. And my final tip is to give yourself some goal which you want to achieve, it could be something simple like killing the ender dragon or making a base, or you could go a bit more wild with it (like me) and choose something so difficult to do that it will encourage you to continue the world for a long time (this could be something like getting every tropical fish, every advancement/achievement, every piece of trimmed armour or collecting every item/mob)
That’s not really a challenge you can do in the average survival world. These suggestions are about trying to spice up the normal gameplay loop of survival Minecraft that we’re all used to.

Genocide run 2.0 is the reverse Noah's Arc challenge, kill two of every mob

11:08 ipvp only(indirect damage only like getting anvil or lava) would be a fun middle ground to this and pacifist

Idk, it makes sense that the achievements reset every time. Its evidence for speedrunning continuity and its just nice to have it reset on every world

Seems to me that some of these would work as combo deals. Like Poor man and Genocide (Pacifist depending on food choice) and so on.
Some other really hard challenges:

i did a world with mob spawns disabled back in 1.18 it was fun, although once you realize dried kelp exists, its quite tame

you can set the bounderies and change them in vanilla using command blocks. had the idea of doing a smaller world similar to classic console

On most platforms you can just backup all yoir worlds then reset all data for that game, then you will be signed out with no achievements
On platforms that don't work like PS/XB you xan backup all your worlds then delete/reset data for that app

Impossible. There's absolutely no way unless you want to kill them indirectly eg letting dogs do it. That's the only way to get it.
