The wording on the equipment is weird but in the end the third slot is non cancelable. I saw frieza continuing to draw cards really fast even after getting his buffs removed via lf 17's ability

Equipment buffs are always non cancellable if i remember.

I really feel like they messed up with Ultras. If they’re going to be as good as VB, they need to be more restrictive. He’d be so much more manageable if he couldn’t be run with G&F in every match giving him like his 4th method of rush denial.
Yeah, but it's impossible to restrict them because the leader slot exists. They'd have to force you to run them with certain allies by giving basically their entire passives restrictions based on what allies you're using them with.
Trueee. Ultra ability needs to constitute like at least half of an ultras power and needs to be WAY more restrictive (I.e can’t run in the leader slot and get buffs for free lool)

I think a better way to go about these weaker units becoming stronger is besides big releases give them exceptional utility or really powerful abilities but make it so the unit over all is underwhelming that way with a zenkai they can come back and make these units really strong and possibly even meta changing by buffing what they were lacking wether it’s stats or just another unique ability to complete there kits. I know there might be some backlash at first about incomplete units or underwhelming units but in reality although may disappointing they’ll get overshadowed by the big hype releases any way sjj4 gogeta. They should do this to characters who are neglected by the game maybe a videl or krillin Garlic junior? idk but I think it’s a good idea but not completely sure I’d love to hear thoughts on this or even improvements. Overall it’s basically a counter to power creep by making a unit that’s already powercrept so later it’s incomplete kit can fit into the current meta essentially starting the aging process of the unit slower

This yellow frieza is pretty solid with his equipment, but when you have a BEHEMOTH of a red character in EVERY single match, it’s just tough to even dream of competing with it unless you’re a “modern” yellow character. Like Jiren and Kid Buu.
It’s sad that despite Goku/Frieza and Cell being prominent purple characters in the meta, and this Frieza on his own being pretty good, UVB just makes it almost impossible to run yellow units unless it’s the Gamma’s 😞

I haven’t played since like…. 3 banners after the original VB when he broke the game lol. I was thinking of making a comeback and pulling for the UR kid buu. Is it worth it to come back? I’ve been watching Goresh and Raiyuden again, and it looks like the game is a complete resource and money sink what with the metric fuck tonne of Zenkai characters there are now. I also missed the anniversary, beast Gotan, and just about every single OP character that came out these past few months :(.
