This definitely seems like the first zenkai unique equipment that's "saved" a unit. He tanks a lot better now, heals after a combo so its easier to get his nuke buffs from cover changing, and that lock in is VERY powerful to easily pick off tedious units. Big W in my opinion and hope we get more of these kind of equips to save these older zenkais in the future 🙌
Such a soft spot for this unit. Loved him on release, loved his zenkai & im happy he's getting one last time in the sun

I came back to the game for this because I love android 16. This equip makes him very viable now compared to what he was before. Big W on this equip and hopefully they continue with these equips like this
idk if you'll do a top 10 type vid, but if u do pls do include honrary mentions bcz even if this 16 cant be a top 10 unit bcz he has 1 gimmick only but i think he can still be top 15 and be a honorary mention bcz this unit on androids with the gammas... like in almost all the matches u had.. once you blow vegito up.. the gammas are legit the best unit in the game and the dmg buff + 17's gauge cut pen support they just 2 blast card anything
all in all in short this unit is basically the green lf zenkai vegeta with lock in on his ult but cancels endurance and death buffs
That new Frieza set up looks fire.
16 and the gammas is such a good combo.
16 serves such a valuable role in countering oppressive carry units. You catch them once and you can take them out of the match with the awakaned card
On top of that, he's giving a death buff, too.

Seeing gogeta blue get melted by the gammas was really nice
What makes him good also is that tap attacks count towards his Ally buff for damage so if someone taps blast you it’s 20 damage for Allies plus it can keep stacking and it lasts pretty long for 20 seconds so imagine 3 tap blasts back to back it can be very scary dealing with this 16.
The fact that this nukes deal fixed damage means it will also one shot any unit in the game even type disadvantage,this is really a amazing plat,they should definitely give zenkai demon king piccolo and zenkai pur ssjb vegeta one or super 13 since he has potential to be good with a plat like this

Honestly he's really worth investigating in for roids mains. If you use him to get rid of VB the gammas can go off

Not gonna lie this android 16 actually is a good partner for the gammas due to him being able to take out an enemy Aka any red unit and because he dies in the process the gammas get the rest of there kit activated so they could get there vanish back from there green card and increase there gauge quicker.

Does 16's self destruct nullify endurance? Because it does it'll even be a perfect counter for mvp 17 and yellow ultra kid Buu since it's not an ultimate art
another KEY fact that i learned when using this new equipment is that android 16 CAN nullify legends limited android 17's endurance, i tested it multiple times and it does in fact work.
I think its because android 16's awakened card not only does fixed damaged, but also due to the fact that since his card never had the nullify endurance ability, android 17's ability doesn't/can't register it's effects since the nullify effect comes from the equipment, not the awakened arts.
In other words, effects that come from equipment plates and not the card arts themselves, can bypass enemy units abilities.
Because of this, it can also actually nullify LF cell (the cooler one)’s death explosion. It’s actually insanely funny to see

now 16 is basically the gammas best friend, 16 can yoink and oblitarate vegito blue and other pesky red units while the gammas go to town on the purple units
the thing is that hes also like helps if u do a mistake or the enemy catches u cuz he can tank and it also helps him do a bit more damage so it seems like his value is really high this meta

one great thing that he bring is that he can counter the new cell, because you can lock him in then nuke him and by doing so he negate cell's final counter

The new cell equipment is bugged for me. The one we get from the pvp coins. Cell saga z condition and for some reason I can't equip it cell or Gohan "conditions not met"
You need the character to have 7 stars or more.
