shifting in a 13 speed in a freightliner columbia

I currently drive a 04 Freightliner with a 13 speed Eaton Fuller transmission. I'm so use to the 10 speed which I like better because I can downshift much easier, but the 13 speed has it's advantages in a mountain terrain.

I drive an 02’ Freightlinwr Columbia with 1.2million miles on it and I don’t even use the clutch when I shift. It’s a 13spd too
