The problem no one realises with the first backpack is that plastic fibre is terrible for micro plastics, which is the real issue with plastic right now. It ends up in the food we eat and inside our bodies. It being machine washable is just the way the plastic gets drained into the ecosystem because regular water treatment doesn’t catch particles that small. Get a filter for your washing machine if you’re washing synthetic fibres like plastic and polyester.
The most environmentally friendly bag is the one fished out of the recycling bin. I snagged a nearly new Bugout Gear bag that I've been using for four years. Got a leather sling bag about 8 years ago, lots of patina . Now when I see good bags I grab them and give to the charity shop.

I never thought about how people travel to off grid locations and don’t have access to power and all they can do is use the source energy from their backpack. That is super helpful! The price point is worth it as well! The leather backpack is beautiful as well! If I could afford it, I would buy it. I keep replacing bags all the time and the amount of money I freakin pay for them I can just get a nice ass leather bag.

I bought a basic camel tan leather backpack in 1989 when I started college. It was a no name bag and cost $150.00. That was a lot of dollars for me during that time. I used it work for decades at work and traveled around the world with it. I just finally retired the back pack last year when two of three zippers gave way. The leather was still in great condition and all stitches were intact. It was the only item left that I hold on since college.

The 200 dollar bag is my worth it winner. It's durable, good looking, has great storage capacity, and comes with solar panel and battery charger. That's a USA charger. Meaning anything that can run off a USA connection can be powered. Look at the possibility. You may even find a small stove that can be charged by that bag. Maybe even USA Flashlights. I haven't looked at all the options of USB devices. Just think camping, hiking, road trips, diasters having a portable solar panel is smart.
One of the best things about such videos is that smaller businesses get the promotion they deserve.
