yummmm! Just like Mama used to make it. My Mama grew up in the country in Kentucky. We never ever heard it called "Red Eye Gravy". Growing up we called it "Soppy Gravy". We would take our biscuits and "sop" up that gravy...NOTHING BETTER!

No flour because it is not a creamy gravy. It is a thin gravy that you spoon over your biscuit or grits or just sop it up with a biscuit. Although, you could make it creamy if you want to
