You guys are the absolute best! Have the UV Slider since I got my Mathews Lift in February. I was so sad that I had to guesstimate the bonus pin and would have needed it badly. I got a quick rundown on the sight setup at my bow shop but they didn’t mention the indicator for the bonus pin. Quick tip for more range: Put the arrow in cock vane down on a 3-fletch. It gives me more than 10 yards more clearance.
Returned mine bc pin is so dim that it gets washed out in bright daylight. Also warranty sucks… they said if they replace someone within the 1 year then the warranty is voided. I have pics and email of all those issues but can’t post it here in comments 😢 ended up getting landslyde with accustat 2 housing. Pins are so much brighter
Wasn't going to watch this video because there are so many videos out there but glad I did to learn about the bottom pin. I had wondered why they would make it a guessing game but now I'll go put this 4 th pin on. Thank you. What is still a mystery on most of these videos is how guys are getting tapes under 20, like 13-15? I used around a 430gr arrow and ended up at 21? Im not sure why my tape was so high. I left my sight attached in the original holes. Shooting a Lift 29.5 at 70# and 29.5"draw.
For those with less than perfect vision take a pic of the sight tape then magnify on the phone. I hunt pigs at night and the ability to have the pins just barely lighted is great. This sight needs a rheostat light. One reason I’ve stayed with the CBE tl 3 pin slider. Cost of the Ultraview is another.
So I purchased one with pic mount and waiting still for my bow to come in but I have seen so many neg comments about the sight I have been toying with just selling it for fear of problems . I’m running a hha tetra max ryze on my other bow and really happy with it but I love ultraview stuff so when they released this sight I thought this thing looks sweet . Not sure now rather to keep and wait for an updated version down the road .
I’d keep it and run it before you get rid of it. See if you actually like it. So far, we are happy with ours. Havnt noticed any noises and such. Only complaint could be that the pins are a little dim.
There has never been a reason to lock the dial on a black gold. They just don’t move. Also the uv doesn’t have a vertical stop for your 20. For me, because of hunting, that’s a deal breaker.
Got a question. I have the phase 4 shooting 75# 28” draw with a 370grain arrow. It shooting #19 sight tape witch seems way too slow compared to others I’ve seen. Also only have clearance out to about 75yards Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it???
I’d check your actual draw weight. We have a friend with a lift and with 70lbs mods but was only get 65lbs. He just put 75lbs mods on it and his sight tape is high 20’s with a heavier arrow than yours. So could just be a Mathews thing.

I put the UV Slider on my Lift 29.5 and love it so far. I did put a single pin cartridge in it for our local 3D league.
Been thinking about picking up a single pin cartridge for 3D and tac.
Love my UV, I've been using Night Sight Tape with my slider and the setup has been great!

Mine was very similar. I was probably at like 23 yards. So I moved the sight down to the next set of holes.
Watch S&S Archery's video sighting this in. You will prob have a much lower tape if you use their process(especially with your draw and #).

What poundage yall shooting ?
Both are shooting 70lbs and roughly a 450-470 grain arrow.
Great video

If they could fix the pin brightness this sight would be perfect.
Heard that they will warranty out the cartridge for pin brightness. I know when we were at TAC, Michigan, they were doing so.

Why lock your black gold you don't have to it won't move when you shoot
