The ADF-11F Raven is a seventh-generation[1] fighter aircraft and the latest in the Advanced Dominance Fighter series. The Raven uniquely combines separate nose and wing units to create one aircraft. Using data from an onboard AI, the Raven dominates in close-range dogfights. Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown initially released with the ADF-11F being unplayable; it was seen exclusively as an enemy unit during "Dark Blue," the game's final mission. On March 13, 2019, a player found game files indicating the aircraft was originally intended to be playable, but was left incomplete by the time of the game's launch.[2] Bandai Namco later officially announced the Raven as part of the ADF-11F Raven Set DLC pack, which was released on May 22, 2019.[3]
Russia and China freaked out not only for the Darkstar filming model, but also the Talon fighter from Stealth. Probably because both mockups looked significantly more realistic
I was thinking more of a duck bill. But, nature had a long time to evolve such designs. Wise to make use of all the work that evolution has done for you when creating a man-made one.
Its not nothing, its hillarious. Now ill admit the closest ive ever gotten to being a fighter pilot was the time an F18 needed to.land at dover afb and i got tasked with making sure nobody stole it and stood under its wing for 6hrs while it rained and my shift ran out
Yep and the SR72 “Dark Star” is entering service next year. Iran has the HAL 9000 “God’s Will” (NATO Designation) going active next week. By the way, anyone got a comment on the F302? The SGC just activated another squadron.
@@ShuichiMinamino777 "SR72" was the model designation for the "Dark Star" the aircraft flown by Captain Peter "Maverick" Mitchell (Tom Cruise) in the "Top Gun" sequel. There was a concept aircraft design by Lockheed Martin with the same model designation and nomenclature. If that one ever flew I don't know. Views of the concept however make it very clear that it was the design inspiration for the film. Unlike this propaganda piece the "peoples liberation air force" has shown, Lockheed's concept was drawn by Kelly Johnson himself (unconfirmed, very plausible). If anyone knew how to make an improbably aircraft fly it was him.
I commented on the other video that the engine nozzles looked like Robotech and you showed a side angle of them and that’s exactly what they’re inspired by The Valkeyrie jets that transform into robots Those nozzles fold out to become the feet It’s an anime mock up and probably just a prop so even China isn’t saying it’s real apparently It looks really cool btw
Most modern jets have lifting bodies, this.... Thing has a descending nose. How could it even take off? Especially as it has two speakers where it's engines should be? Thank you China, I hope you "unofficially" export this to help the Russians.
@@ypw510You're not entirely wrong. It was designed to combat alien invaders in space and in the atmosphere. This specific fighter was based on technology taken from the aliens.
The j 35 is faster than F35 with twin jet engines, has better radar, has longer range, has bigger payload. Laugh all you want till you face one in real.
This feels an awful lot like when Chinese journalists thought the Darkstar was real lol
Top Gun 3: Maverick dogfights this thing in the Darkstar

Sure. State run news outlets in China and Russia have cited The Onion and other satirical outlets as if they were real news sources,
Wow! The top view of the air frame totally evokes memories of that FireFox film with Clint Eastwood from the mid 80s.
To be fair the “fire fox” was partially based on the very real YB70.
The rest reminds me of the “Thunderquack” from Disney’s Darkwing Duck. His enemy (Negaduck) had a similar plane.
Those aren't intakes with visible fan blades. They're plasma torpedo launchers capable of taking out the Death Star. Obviously.
The White Platypus.

Thunderquack from Darkwing Duck.
It's a stolen design following Boeing x-32 pelican inspiration

it a chinese sci-fi video game and anime series display model

Lmao, I friggin love you guys 😂 Thank you Mover for that nod to the Government of the people of China 🇨🇳, that made my day
The media was fooled, but the senators could pass this IQ test, right?
It's interesting how arrogant and self-righteous these people are in the face of new things.
China has no capability of designing of building these things. It’s pure propaganda.

"Doug Masters taught us that" - priceless.

😂😂😂
Twist...the advanced part is the hood covering the canopy.
I think it's pretty cool looking. It has that old school robotech cartoon style going.

The intakes aren't even S-Ducts and are completely exposed. The RCS on that would be horrible! Lol!

Lockheed has that duck billed plane that's supposed to have minimal sonic boom, X-59 I believe it is. But the nose is really long.

Maybe a fake model to attract potential investors?
Duck of Death
