I was there in this year’s Zhuhai Airshow. Su-57 was extremely impressive. The maneuverability of Su-35 was already great enough. But Su-57 is just another level.
A country in war will never send their best and latest aircraft. This is certainly an ftv. Pilot didn't even push this aircraft to its limits. The west is watching.
It is a T-50 and NOT a SU-57😂😂. T-50 was the 2nd Prototype from SU-57. Look at the Engines at the back and compare it with the current SU-57 than you will understand it
At air shows and demonstration flights, the best test pilots land the plane. this applies to everyone, Americans and Russians and other countries. at the same time, there is one immutable fact. The Americans, with their super planes, always rejected the Russians’ invitations to a demonstration air battle.
@@ДедКузьмич-о2о The 1992 BFM dog fights DON'T demonstrate air force or pilots' capabilities. Contrary to your earth-dweller's assumption, the objective of the USAF was not "pissing competition". These exercises are conducted under strict predefined parameters and, in that case were conducted by the USAF to measure and performance characteristics of the Soviet planes, while the Russians' (not the pilots, the VVS) objective was to show who's better. You folk, missed the point how the US professionals work. In addition, the pilots that came to the US, were the cream of the Crop of the VVS. There are a a dozen really good Russian pilots. Most Russian pilots today fly much less than 100 hours a year (Mind you that in Israel we fly more than 250 sorties a year, not including the Sim sessions). The Su34's weren't turning...you don't escape missiles that way, you use whatever MAWS you have and whatever other assets you have to locate the missile and then either move away or try to notch ...you want the missile to sped extra energy by making it curve and also gettign it into thicker air down low... you also want to break radar track with whatever platform is guiding the missile. The Su34 recording is at least 2 Pilots in Su34's and an inflight Controller//Radar Operator, possibly in an A-50 or other airborne radar plane, or perhaps in a ground based radar who was telling the pilot where the missile was to help them evade and warning them as they see the patriot missiles launch. Going FAST and LOW while keeping the missile on your wing is the best way to avoid it ever going pitbull... proximity fuses pretty much make any last minute turns extremely risky, so missiles are generally defeated by evading the missile early and keeping on doing so during its entire flight.

I work for a company that develops equipment for the Su-57. The T-50 has almost all the avionics from the Su-35S, except for the AFAR radar. The serial Su-57 has completely new avionics and a new multicore computer and NeuroMatrix neural computing system. The production car is covered with a stealth coating, the 101 Atoll circular defense system is installed, and since December of this year all Su-57s from the factory are coming with a new engine that provides the Su-57 with supersonic cruising speed without afterburner up to Mach 2.
Именно вот так и собирается по крупицам информация о новейшем стратегическом вооружении. Молодец ! Не забудь в следующем своём комментарии указать ссылку на чертежи и документы со своей работы.
All Americans who review the Su57 when discussing maneuvers make the same mistake, do they all consider the Su57 as a fighter analogue of the F22? but this is not so, the Su57 is a multi-role aircraft, it is designed not only for air supremacy but also for striking ground targets, surface targets, and most importantly, it works as an AWACS and can coordinate both air and ground operations. This is why many maneuvers for quickly assessing the radar situation.

@@obj4298 of course it is! You're lucky! I would die to see this in real life! This jet in itself is absolutely impressive and it has new aerodynamic solutions never used before. Look at those levcons! Some don't acknowledge this because of ignorance or just emotionally affected ego.
I've seen western fighter jets doing really cool unpractical stunts and nobody roast them like some western youtuber pilots, experts or whatever, keep doing when it is a russian jet. I understand that. After all they have to convince themselves somehow that they are capable and superior, protect their confidence and find some comfort within their ego. Or maybe they don't have nothing else to do, I don't know. Nevertheless this manoeuvrability goes as a show off and it is AWSOME! Just accept the fact and that's it. Russians have a really good reason to take aerodynamics and manoeuvrability in consideration as it is quite practical somehow. Maybe not for the Americans but in Europe it is a must, so just take the SU 34 bomber dodging 3 patriot missiles, as an example. Russians can be proud about those 3d thrust nozzles or not?! Besides, we all know no western airforce messes around, not even with SU27s during interseptions. Our pilots are not allowed and they would be in a lot of trouble provoking a dog fight with those things. These are the real world situationns russians have to take in consideration and they are succeeding. The SU57 has been flying in Ukraine without being detected and they have no rush to mass produce it because they don't need to. They can have more time to improve the thing the way they feel it is necessary, and although I'm quite sure they don't underestimate wstern tech like you do with them, they don't care much about planes like for example the f22 as it is not a threat to them at all. F15s, F18s, F16s, Rafales, Typhoons, Gripens and now F35s, are their biggest concern and they have more than capable machines to take care of these, and guarantee their air superiority. If not, they eventually find new practical solutions. And by the way, it's not because someone thinks different that he/she is russian, or a bot. Got it?
When and if a hot war breaks out between Russia and the US, when it comes to the air war, 99,9% it's going to be US jets flying into RU airspace on SEAD missions. Instead of trying to outright match the US air power, where they have a superiority in sheer number of platforms and crews, RU relies on it's massive anti-air capability to 'thin out the herd'. Sure, some launchers and radars will get hit but, considering that a single S-300 battery consists of up to 12 launchers, ie. up to 48 missiles per battery, you can bet that even with a lowball interception rate, a lot of those US pilots are not going to be coming home. In that case, IF the Russian AD has done it's job sufficiently well and the majority of the RU air force has been saved during the initial US engagement, suddenly their air force becomes significantly more dangerous.

The author of the video mentioned how skeptical he was of dogging missiles with maneuvers and how you can’t see them and “good luck trying to dodge them”. There is audio of an SU-34 dodging multiple Patriot missiles and he even mentions seeing the missiles, his wingman or AWACS was even tracking the missile warning the SU-34 pilot. He successfully defeated the missiles and one actually exploded very close to the aircraft. There is also F-16 HUD footage where the F-16 was dodging missiles as well. In regards to maneuverability, people forget the SU-57 has 360 degree radar coverage and high off bore missiles. The fact is that this aircraft does not need to do crazy maneuvering in order to launch a missile as one of the radar(s) will provide a weapons lock even if the aircraft is not pointing towards the threat. The S-70 Okhonik drone is also meant to compliment the SU-57 and it’s should have a much smaller RCS, in theory the SU-57 would never need to engage as the S-70 would do that first. Therefore, the S-70 and AWACS can feed the SU-57 information through datalink or even help jam enemy aircraft. As much as westerners like to sh!t on the SU-57, it has capabilities not yet found on any other aircraft such as its full radar coverage, a versatile heavy long range stealth drone that it uses as a wingman, it also comes with long range stealth cruise and stealth loitering munitions, it has excellent range, payload, maneuverability and by all accounts a very good spectrum of avionics, everything from IRST to MAWS and everything in between. One SU-57 was operating deep in Ukrainian airspace when it shot down an S-70 that lost communications? What is interesting is that both aircraft were operating at high altitude and in the middle of the day while facing threats from Patriots, S-300s, NASAMs, F-16s, SU-27s, MiG-29s and many ground based radars and potentially NATO drones and AWACS. This shows that both aircraft have a small enough RCS to evade the best NATO and Soviet air defenses and radars.
Russia does not have an Airborne Warning And Control System and the video is fake, because in principle there cannot be a wingman, NATO has a network-centric system that includes AWACS aircraft, satellite reconnaissance and all combat units, the Russian Federation has an antediluvian system where the aircraft is on its own, no one accompanies him.
@@A_Nice_Guy. This plane is fake. Two A-50s were shot down by the Patriot system last year. The A-50 didn't even know that missiles were flying at it. And the A-50 has not been modernized since the 1980s; the only modernized one has the letter U, which is located in Moscow. So there is no network centric system.
@@A_Nice_Guy. There are still five A-50 reconnaissance aircraft left in Russia. They can carry out missions, however, after the shooting down of the second aircraft of this type by the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the enemy does not fly them near Ukraine. According to the latest data, A-50U is located in the Moscow region, 2 in Engels and 2 in the area close to the Ukrainian borders. 2 AWACS aircraft is the same as if they don’t exist. Since it has a detection range of low-flying targets of 300 km and this is the advanced one.
To be fair, that SU-34 didn't "dodge" incoming missiles using a cobra. Maneurobility can still get you out of harm's way faster if a BVR missile engages you though, this is true. It matters how fast you are executing turns, though it's not just about maneurobility, but also energy

Russia has modern army and USA ´s weapons never had been tested against modern army like in Ukraine. Russia also has rockets which are mostly better than anything from west. And I do not mean just new hypersonic missilles. Russia has effective jamming systems which is working very well against weapons which used to be effective somewhere in Africa against "enemies" in sandals... Russia has also better tanks IMHO (despite of what we hear from main stream media). The mere fact that the Russians have managed to bring several hypersonic missiles into use (!) within a few years and the Americans, in contrast, have not been able to do so for 10 years, shows the enormous difference. Every single western weapon that has been sent to Ukraine has been a failure.Russia also has more developed strategic nuclear missilles than USA, so I have no doubt, that if nuclear war would start, than all USA ´s and U.K. s big cities would be reduced to a layer of hot radioactive glass within 2 hours and the rest would remain radioactive for next 200 years.. So what does this war mean? Why do they want to defeat Russia? Why? What is wrong with Russia? Did you forget, that Ukraine kept killing Russian language speakers in Donbas since 2014 and USA wanted to get it´s military inside Ukraine in future?(It was said by Bush in 2008 in Bucharest NATO summit, that Ukraine was on path to NATO membership) I am sure that we(I mean people in Europe) should rather get along with Russia, no reason for us to get along with corrupt Ukraine which is promoting it´s Nazi past (Bandera is national hero of Ukraine...), or with USA which hit Germany-pipelines. We need Russia´s cheap energies and minerals, certainly not USA´s expensive gas. USA is not a friend like Russia used to be , USA is only using everyone for it´s own interests.

Many people believe that a pilot understands the technology down to the last bolt. But just as the driver of a car doesn't know the cycles of an injector or the exact pressure ratings of a turbocharger, the pilot also "just drives" the plane. This is a bench test glider. Su57 combat aircraft have differences and other avionics. For bolts, fuselage coating, etc. - but radars copied wrong parameters of aircraft, this must be taken into account. Nobody knows what is hidden inside, what avionics, what weapons with what parameters a full-fledged aircraft can carry, radar is not on combat aircraft. That is, even you, experts (haha) do not know anything. But everyone in row comes up with something and tries to pretend that aircraft is bad. read comments of people who look at everything not through the prism - only american can be good.

@@aadvert The SU57 focuses on maneuverability, but the US skipped maneuverability and went to focus on long-range stuff, stealth and AI and sensory fusion, because it is not expected that any pilot or jet is going to experience dogfighting in a modern theater. You never get close enough to one of our F22s/35s for that maneuverability to be utilized, because we knock it out of the sky before it ever even knows we are there. If you get close enough to one of our jets to even use that maneuverability, we've already failed at our basic design principle. That's why people clown on the SU-57: first of all you've got like 5 of them while the US has hundreds of F22s/35s, second of all the design of the SU57 doesn't make sense in the modern combat theater because the age of dogfighting is over. Jets/pilots don't ever get close enough to engage in a dogfight anymore, so all that hypermaneuverable 3-d thrust vectoring is a bit of a waste. We could make a jet with hypermaneuverability too- we did in the 90s with a modified F18, but we understood even back then that this tech was a dead end and we went straight to stealth, AI, and sensor fusion.

Best fighter, simple. For the 5th generation airframe to take these stresses is SIMPLY unreal! To think these evasive can't be done in a dog fight, coming from a pro.....IS LAUGHABLE! Question; which missile or plane can react to that? Answer; none!
Can't be more than 9Gs, for pilot's sake. You should be worried about long range threats more than dogfights that really don't happen in modern air combat. Modern Air-to-Air missiles can pull upto 35Gs, that's way more than any airframe can take. I am not American, I don't care which airplane is best, but I don't think maneuverability is that important in modern combat. What is important is actually classified so we can't tell how good SU-57 really is. Might be the best 5th-gen (doubtful), or the worse. Nobody without classified clearance knows.

Maneurobility is more important that people think. Most of all, if we're ever unlucky enough to test stealth jets against stealth jets, it might turn out to be even more important. For example, stealth of a fighter is not a number value, but actually depends on the aspect. It's a sphere of values. Actually, mulpiple spheres for each of the infinte number of possible radar wavelengths. Usually the jet is most stealthy from the front. That's why in a dynamic battlefield if your EW support units detect for example an enemy AWACS jet, which can happen any second, it might matter a lot if you spend a few secods less to turn your nose towards the emission source. And it would matter even more if you're not moving the surfaces too much, but use minimal surfaces and maximum thrust vectoring to execute the turn. And it seems that Su-57 has automatic radar stealth management mode where some parts of the surfaces that move during dogfight can be fixed for minimal observability during BVR fight. Not to mention it has those L-band radars that can detect the general direction of even stealthy targets. Probably not enough to launch weapons, but enough to notice a possible ambush and turn to face it, maximizing stealth to get the first launch. And of course, stealth-on-stealth fight is more likely to turn into a short range engagement, where being agile matters. These things are theories that will only be tested in real combat, may we never know who's right.

The 'falling leaf' as you called it helps to get lost on the enemy's radar. and the smoke is due to a sharp change in the operating mode of the engine, when fuel is injected but little air flows in and the fuel burns out with smoke.
Not a bot, not even Russian. Its just a cool thing to think about, I mean the Raptor is cool and all but its been like shoved down our face for decades. Its nice breath of fresh air to see something else to potentially rival. All these post stall maneuvers is useful for dogfights if the enemy on your six doesn't manage themselves, furthermore its useful to do PSM for missile dogfights in conjunction with HMS. To say the PSM are worthless is like saying a fighter should not have a gun in this era. Sure its a limited thing but you still need a gun, so you still need super maneuverability.
That was not a Su-57. It was a T50-4 prototype that is used strictly for flight demonstrations; it excludes Su-57 features like stealth, Su-57 engine upgrades, etc.
An ace pilot from Turkey, who has tested both the F-35 and the Su-35, stated that the Su-35 outperforms the F-35 in terms of agility, performance precision, and long-range radar capabilities. He recommended that his government consider purchasing the Su-35. However, he noted that the Su-57 is a next-level advancement compared to the Su-35.
Not sure if this is that much advantage in a real dogfight, but the Russian pilots have the airshow theatrics all to themselves. The F22 and F35 cannot compare ...NATO cannot compare with Russian airshow performances, Period!
How many faults are there on the F-35? More than 300? Once your citizen wrote a comment about the SU plane looking into the IL-76 transport hatch in Syria - "This pile of shit couldn't take off because there was a lot of humidity in the air." You have a bunch of videos and photos where the disadvantages of the F-35 are visible and listed. How many F-35s, from the number released, on combat duty, how many as donors, how many sent for repair.
Can an f22 or f35 fly like that, can they match the speed or range, do they carry as many and as deadly weapons with extreme range of engagement ? I think not.
F35 can not manauvere like that f35 just hopes it doesn't get to the merge against a flanker or su57 the f22 is very manuverable and capable but I don't think it would be as manuvarable as a su30 or a su57 even a su35 could probably out match a f22 in a dogfight

You should learn about the SU-30 on the tails of F35 (from italy) on the baltics... when a SU-30 gets in the tail of f35, just from nothing, the f35 gets to know theres a su30... this is a good example on electronics warfare that f35 are not prepared to fight against... Russians have knowledge of f35 capabilities.
A close in dogfight 1v1 is such an extremely rare event in modern combat. If it were to happen, it means there was a major failure of one of the many systems in place to prevent it. This aircraft is part of a system which lacks in many ways and is completely unproven, such as pilot training, pilot flying hours, pilots available, multi task force training, aircraft reliability, systems software and reliability, avionics, cost, interoperability, MTBF, MTTR, spares availability etc etc etc, actually stealth capability. None of these are on show here at the display. What’s on show is thrust vectoring and a nice paint job.

@ЂорђеКозић that's the old Cold War philosophy and why the F22 was developed. Today US main enemy is China, not Russia.

@AshleyRiot-lf8dw they literally have A-50 and have been doing network centric coordination with aircraft since MiG-31, bruh.
The amount of discussion about su 57 fighters automatically prove that su 57 is best

Envious clowns. Russian pilots are masters..these are are the real deal..not movies.
Russians are clowns. 18th century mindset.
The Su-57 is so acrobatic, but it's Sergey Bogdan's unmatched skills that took this plane to the next level.
You discredit your content by calling ordinary and intellectually cautious people Russian bots. This kind of mental laziness is unwelcomed and repulsive. We the people can think for ourselves. Keep your political beliefs to yourself and simply speak to facts. We can all learn from each other, be you Chinese, Indian, Russian, American, German etc. Arrogance destroys

Tell me what you would against his R37M missile, which has a range of 250 miles, and goes at Mach 6
Im american and love russian su designs, and su57 is my favorite. As a aviation enthusiasts some people cant just enjoy a demo. ALSO THE PILOT IS LIKE 50 YEARS OLD! PRETTY DOPE
Привет, пилоту 62 годика 😅
This jet is phenomenal.
Its a fantastic war plane and thats all theres to it.
Bro fell in love watching that. That was adorable.
Здравствуй, я российский бот, который пришёл на видео о 57)
Спасибо за видос)
That intro is amazing😂
Lolol the US good at Hollywood
Russia uses a jet fuel called TS 1 . It has greater particulate matter after combustion, hence more smoke.
Waiting for SU-75 Chackmate with Iris rader system🤤
Jelous man
Great professional analisus
How many faults are there on the F-35? More than 300? Once your citizen wrote a comment about the SU plane looking into the IL-76 transport hatch in Syria - "This pile of shit couldn't take off because there was a lot of humidity in the air." You have a bunch of videos and photos where the disadvantages of the F-35 are visible and listed. How many F-35s, from the number released, on combat duty, how many as donors, how many sent for repair.
I work at the factory that produces them, and I see their trials, and I know how many are transferred to the army.
Can an f22 or f35 fly like that, can they match the speed or range, do they carry as many and as deadly weapons with extreme range of engagement ? I think not.
F22 is so secret, no one seen it in actual combat and F35 after 2 trillions spent can't even fly straight
speed is the same as F22, but SU-57 will get new engines after 2025, so it will be faster
@@СерхиоБускетс-ф7я You're wrong it's already faster.
F35 can not manauvere like that f35 just hopes it doesn't get to the merge against a flanker or su57 the f22 is very manuverable and capable but I don't think it would be as manuvarable as a su30 or a su57 even a su35 could probably out match a f22 in a dogfight
@@СерхиоБускетс-ф7я No. They have started installing the AL51F1 engines this year. Some Su57are already flying with them
in this video at 0:16 the big screen shot you can see the thrust tubes moving, also in the last video there was one or two moments who this can be seen.
Man. Why do the Russians get so emotional when people say stuff about their weapons ? Why is it such a soft spot for you guys ? The tears in this comment section is almost unbelievable and coming from grown men too ? Ugh.
😂 Americans scared to invade Russia they only invade por 3; world countrys
@ Are you 12 years old ? What kind of comment is that ? Grow up and talk like an adult.
Where did you see tears? Try to wipe the dirt off your gadget screen!
The enhanced maneuverability doesn’t only provide advantage in a dogfight, but also when evading missiles!
That take off really impressive.
what the Su 57 and Vaz 2109 have in common is the whistle of the alternator belt)
This only means that you are sorry to spend money on replacing the alternator belt on your VAZ! 😂😂
Very interesting to watch a pilot Analysis of a other pilot
What do you know about Pyotr Ufimsov?
3:05 But we've seen Su-34 doing that regularly, even though its tough for them to do.
Wonderful narration. You made me understand the various maneuvers by translating them into "common language" for someone like me who is a non-aviation expert. I now feel better equipped to understand and appreciate these maneuvers, at least to a certain extent.
T-50 and Su-57 is like Yf-22 and F-22
Why are you in pains lol 😆, it hurts you that Russia 🇷🇺 can also creat powerful and magnificent jets 🤔😆.
Man struggling not to be a classical American, finding faults with anything and everything not American. Man grow up and be real especially in a world where people are increasingly leaving the u.s behind.
This means that two invisible beings collided and they were unable to recognize each other at a great distance, so they entered into close combat.
Hand-to-hand combat is also a rare occurrence in modern combat! But rare does not mean impossible!
There is a video where he was flying on an overcast day. No cobra stuff, just very tight loops around the airport.....might be more telling about manuverablity than this video.
Сколько раз, этот американец участвовал в бою, настоящем ??? 🧐
For the smoky jet motors, they add liquid nitrogen to the exhaust, so infrared signature becomes much less. But it causes dark smoke.
Some good points??😂?? This SU 57 beats anything in US hollywood BS
Something to note: This is the pak t50 older prototype not the production su57 which has completely different characteristics
What is low speed regime in km/h/mp/h?
Hopefully it never happens, we have to choose leaders that never allow this to happen 👍
Better than the f thirty five
After the phrase about Russian bots, I did not look at it. You're a bot yourself!!😈
That was not Su-57. That was old T-50 in China.
Only Russia fighter jets have this carecteristics
AL51 engine
You must be regretting making this video.
@@kirabowilliam i think comments section tore him a new one lol
Russian bot here. Thanks for the video. Very interesting.
I think pilot is showing maneuverability or he is dancing in the air. Not showing Dog Fight
Newest american f-35 not even close to su-27. There's a shame to compare with 57.
People think you could use these maneuvers to dodge a missile? Damn
Movies aren’t real. Too much top gun where every missile can be fooled with counter measures until you run out of counter measures.
So a not manouvrable jet is better?😂
as always great analysing !!
unbiased as always !!
would like to see you give some DCS vids tutorials about the Viper if you are into DCS
SU 57 is the best aircraft.
4:52 this is a "prototype" / showcase unit (work horse) Russians won't show everyone latest acronym variants
ask the narrator if he would love to fly one if he had a chance.
SU-57 #1 best aircraft ever!
Do you think maneuverability played a role in that Su34 that avoided patriot systems?
Su57 #1 ❤
I read that video title in doc holidays sarcastic voice. “Look darlin…”
