Join me as I take my first ride on the Simon Kenton trail from West Liberty to Bellefontaine on my Sun seeker trike ez tad sx. Since i have started riding my recumbent trike my walking has improved some. My legs and core muscles are getting stronger. My breathing has gotten better with riding. #cycling #parkinsons
