Just got to say, this video format with the rolling tablature is awesome. So awesome that I have to steal the concept. Kick ass song and playing by the way!
I don't care what your music preference is, THIS is what quality sounds like. Havent felt these feels for new music since i discovered Killswitch about 12 years ago..
honestly, this band always let me without words, it is the most astonishing that i hear this year, i love that band, congratulations, and the tabs are awesome thank you.
This song had tears in my eyes for some reason..Ive never heard of you guys before but I'm changing that today!! Thank you for making such beautiful music!!!!
This guy is really incredible guitarist. There is no one like him. He is so djenty. And he plays it with so ease man wish I could play like him some day. I wonder how does it feel to be so talented on stage
I still come back to this video years later, I think i will for years to come... so much talent. I am jealous of the length of your fingers I've tried those chords but just can't stretch it.
Vraiment heureux de voir ce nouveau format s'installer. Je trouve ça génial que vous donniez accès aux versions instrumentales. Merci Novelists, et à Pavel qui vous met vraiment bien en valeur.
Such an interesting style.. he keeps the shape of chords even for single note parts (not always but often).. Im assuming this helps with visual hand placement. Super interesting.
That concert line up would be been to kill for. Missed when MTS came around where I lived due to work. Had currents MTS and Within the ruins. Was a little upset nonetheless. But Novelists and MTS would've been epic.
I've heard well versed musicians say it comes from being diverse musically because you have many influences to draw from to inspire your writing. Like I could see how jazz or classical might play a role in this. Something like that. Basically listening to different genres of music helps with the creativity factor.
Teach me to face what's lurking deep inside I'm crashing down right before you I feel broken, I feel downed With my face against the ground My heart is weighting me My icy soul is afire I'm running after bliss 'Cause I don't know what it tastes like But I'm not blaming anyone, no I'm way too much detached now Insensitive to your words And each time that I'm alone My fucking conscience tells me: "You're feeling sick of trying Of trying to bury the reason Of trying to heal the wounds in time You wanted to... To learn to love this feeling That's raging in your soul." Teach me to face what lurks within my heart I'm crashing down right before you I'm always hiding behind this smile The smile on my face So no one's gotta ask me if everythings okay Just read between the lines I'm wishing that you can see My sky ain't bluer than yours I'm way too much detached now I think I'm too far gone 'Cause each time I'm feeling lost My fucking conscience tells me: "You're feeling sick of trying Of trying to bury the reason Of trying to heal the wounds in time You wanted to... To learn to love this feeling That's raging in your soul." I'm feeling sick of trying Of trying to bury the reason I wanted to... To learn to love this feeling that's raging in my soul I've learned to love the thunder, until the sun comes back I've learned to love this rumble that haunts my mind It's never ever easy But I hold onto these lines I've learned to love this black cloud that haunts my nights Karaoke time

One of my favorite solos of all time. Not only does it sound good, but it tells a story. It's more than just a bunch of random notes thrown together
I am glad that music hasn't died on the rock and metal side of the Industry

In rock kinda did, in metal not
Rock died so Metal can live
I love this concept, I think more bands should do this.
And a great way to let more ppl to hear their works.
If you haven't met them yet, you absolutely must. Their love for their fans is so genuine
You guys should release the instrumental version of the album! Not that the vocals are bad, just really into the guitars.
I absolutely LOVE the vocals, but I would also love to have the instrumental version, too. Fun to sing along to, too. Great idea.

Teach me to face what's lurking deep inside
I'm crashing down right before you
I feel broken, I feel downed
With my face against the ground
My heart is weighting me
My icy soul is afire
I'm running after bliss
'Cause I don't know what it tastes like
But I'm not blaming anyone, no
I'm way too much detached now
Insensitive to your words

My fucking conscience tells me:
"You're feeling sick of trying
Of trying to bury the reason
Of trying to heal the wounds in time
You wanted to...
To learn to love this feeling
That's raging in your soul."
Teach me to face what lurks within my heart
I'm crashing down right before you
I'm always hiding behind this smile
The smile on my face
So no one's gotta ask me if everythings okay
Just read between the lines
I'm wishing that you can see
My sky ain't bluer than yours
I'm way too much detached now
I think I'm too far gone
'Cause each time I'm feeling lost
My fucking conscience tells me:
"You're feeling sick of trying
Of trying to bury the reason
Of trying to heal the wounds in time
You wanted to...
To learn to love this feeling
That's raging in your soul."
I'm feeling sick of trying
Of trying to bury the reason
I wanted to...
To learn to love this feeling that's raging in my soul
