glad to see the Plasma Pistol disables vehicles again but now there is just too many anti-vehicle options. wish they had leaned into plasma being the EMP damage type instead of introducing a whole new class of weapons that nobody wanted or asked for
Imo, plas pistol and disruptor should disable vehicles. The shock Grenades should just slow them down or cause them to "lose control" but not stop. Shock rifle shouldn't disable anything

If 343 is not going to respect the players time and patience, they deserve to be criticized.

For the weekly reward they should implement a system like this.
Complete 1 Ultimate Challenge = 1000SP
Complete 2 Ultimate Challenges in a row = 1500SP
3 in a row = 2000SP
4 in a row = 2500SP
Then it resets back to 1000SP.
If you miss an Ultimate, it should reset you back to 1000SP.
People don’t have time to play every single day, people have lives outside of gaming. The 250 a day is a joke. It should be 100-250 per match..thanks for the details kev. They really need to add per match gains like 50 for the match 50 for the win and 50 for top 50% of team and (100 for being the best player in the lobby maybe)..
They swapped that 500xp for the first game too when they could have just made it both. 343, 3 steps forward 43 steos backwards
I mean one match takes like 10min at most, so 10 min every day isn't unreasonable. But they should make it 1k per daily match and then also increase the rewards for weekly challenges too. Honestly I don't see the point making spartan points so grindy when they already are going to add more content for us to grind anyway.
@@Angel-qp9mp people aren’t always going to be on 7 days a week. People have lives outside of gaming. I’m usually not on fri-sun every weekend. That’s 750/week of Spartan points I can’t obtain. So 3000 a month won’t be available so at max I can get like 23000. It’s still not enough to get the top item available that costs 30000..per match Spartan points need to be a thing
If they add per match gains it would get incentive for people to play more matches..what they have now doesn’t give people incentive once they done with daily, weekly, and operation pass. Why even play if you can’t obtain anything. I already got hero rank so what is the point of playing after you get the max Spartan points per day? None at all, no incentive to play. People want to feel rewarded for playing

I became Hero rank around 2 months ago and I took a break from Infinite until yesterday. Of course I got a 15gb update since I haven't even used my Series X in almost 2 months and then today, I turned on my Xbox and then I was shot with another 15gb update. I searched up if a new update came today and that's what brought me to this video. I just got bad timing I guess.
Once I hit hero in June I’m gonna stop with infinite as well and likely sell my Xbox series x and just go to pc .

after playin around in this update, the aim magnetism is helping SO MUCH. i was afraid of this when they introduced it to M&K. however my sniping is way better without it, but every other weapon becomes really hard to hit. im going to nerf myself just to get that raw aim. if i cant handle it ill cave in and enable aimassist. but man that should have been an option when it came into the game.

How did they not monitor the sp currency internally? A non math nerd can do calculation for the pricing let alone a game developer. You should be able to earn newest coating in a week, not a month. Massive shame for 343.
If you’ve stuck with the game since launch, the exchange only has 5 new items. 2 are emblems. Needle Minder and Crowd Pleaser are cool but you cannot get them and the Xanadu Falu coating before the exchange resets. SP prices are too high and there is not enough meaningful content in the exchange to make it worth the grind. Especially when there is nothing new to play.
They have said the exchange items will still be purchaseable after they rotate. You will just find them in your armoury and be able to buy them. You can grind for your item as much as you want.
I feel like all weeklies should give you SP as well. some SP for Wins would also be cool.
A coating should be a couple hundred Spartan Points at MOST. Not more than the monthly cap. Also there shouldn’t be a cap on earning Spartan Points.
They honestly need to find a way to expedite the process of getting a forge map ready for matchmaking. We should be seeing a community collection playlist getting updated with maps rotating in and out monthly or something.
What's funny is that if there was an actual season battlepass, I would have paid for it. Apparently they're making numbers from the shop alone and those bonus items.

The price of what one character or whatever is now, (15 dollars) is more like what you'd think the huge bundles would cost. Plus the lack of being able to get things individually or even grind the earn "premium currency" doesn't make any sense

Get spartan points out of event passes, make them earnable through game performance/playing matches and make prices 10% of what they are now. Its free theres no reason for it to take so long. Especially for such pitiful items
Best comparison is the Avenegers game, skins prices were high in the free store, and there wasn't a great way to get the free currency
The daily reward should be at least 400 spartan points if not 500. The weekly ultimate should be 2,000 spartan points. It’s an “ultimate” reward, it should be more than what the operation pass considers a rare reward

Bro what are they thinking, they don’t need to let players test the system because the way it’s made locks you to only be able to earn a certain amount. U know I was pretty bummed when I heard the ranks will get reset cuz I was half way to diamond 1, but honestly I’m glad they reset it cuz just this past weekend I was playing ranked drunk af, (stupidest decision) and I’ve f**led up my rank cuz now, or was set back to halfway to plat 6, ik I could’ve ranked it back up but I feel like I can do it easier with this fresh start🤦never making that mistake again
The matchmaking is way worse, somehow. I got over 30 bronze teammates with -5 kd ratio. I would average almost 20 kills every game. Can you guess what my enemies were? Consistently high onyx with every player. My teammates also left every minite

Honestly once I hit hero sometime in June I’m done with infinite. They fired most of the team at 343. Likely already working on next game. Only major updates we get are community made maps and developer made $30 armor coatings. The only actual updates 343 does is to make them money. Every update introduces new ways for hackers to abuse the game as well

Yet again, nothing new. No skins for non-human weapons, no Playable Brutes or Elites, no new weapons, no new gameplay experience. For a 52gb update, I expected something amazing

This is the kind of thing that would've gotten me to come back for longer than a single play session: The ability to earn points to unlock cosmetics. But they made the grind so long that I don't even want to bother.

They nerfed the Cindershot to be more like Halo 2’s Bruteshot. There’s nothing unique about the gun anymore.

@Hollowtide I'd rather it be like reach. Where both weapons were used, and one wasn't too OP compared to the other. Yes, the AR is broken, but you seem to have forgotten that players crouch strafe 24/7, so even against an AR,you can still easily win gunfights if you crouch strafe.

The main thing I want them to change is remove either gruntpocalypse firefight or gruntpocalypse fiesta. The fact that BOTH are in matchmaking makes regular firefight never show up. I think gruntpocalypse should only be fiesta so it offers more variety in comparison to normal firefight

It wouldn't have hurt you just to open the game and look yourself.
You're just brushing over significant stuff to beat the same dead horse everyone beats - being the shop content.
There is more to infinite's updates than just the shop, but you're not informing us of that, and that's sending the wrong message.
That is influencing everyone's opinions more than you realize.
Forge is important and enables the community to have a creative outlet and control over our vision and what players get to experience that's fresh.
Even just spreading awareness of the new things people can do and potential of the things that's been added is going to have a positive impact on this game.
Sure there's new palettes, but if we see the bare minimum of these with barely any coverage on the things they included, how is anyone meant to feel good about the news??
There's so much that not even 343 included - and this is often the case.
Just saying it would be nice if the creative side of this community were given more acknowledgement, and not just for the things they make but things they could make with what's new with the update.
I'll be honest that I'm not much of a forger. It has become so much more advanced compared to my Halo 3 and Reach Forge days.
Also the majority of players don't Forge. Also the full potential of what updated with Forge won't be fully realized until the crazy talent players get their hands on it.
Most important things to know are 2 new biome sets and some new scripting

There are still so many that do, and possibly a lot more that would like to but are intimated to try, or feel no one would care to look.
If you looked for yourself instead of relying on 343's word, you would be able to find more things about it you could talk about.
As a matter of fact, they didn't add just 2 palettes.
They technically added 4: Flood, Alien Biome, Alien Brutalist, and Human Brutalist.. among other miscellaneous things.
One of the main reasons Minecraft updates do so well is because top youtubers cover the snapshots that release periodically beforehand, and they analyse the potential of what's been added.
I'm not saying that you need to build/script a map or really anything in forge - but would it hurt to at least showcase everything that was added, and just give _some_ thoughts and opinions?
Again, any exposure of this stuff to your audience is bound to give people some influence and inspiration.
And instead of relying on forgers to figure it out for themselvss, you'd be contributing to perhaps creating new forgers in the community.

It is the plague of gaming and it has gotten worse and worse since the boom of the battle pass and Fortnite. At least for the time being Halo has kept it's brand identity. COD is a mashup of anything and everything that is relevent at the time. Just stop buying it. Add 8 more dollars to the price and you have Shadow of the Erd Tree.... which somehow people were upset about that price point but are okay with these prices... And it isn't just Halo.
