So the steps for fuel injection scooter are: 1.fill up the tank to the top 2.add fuel stabilazer 3.ride around the corner to mix it up 4.take the battery out and plug it on the charger mantainer That's it? Anything to do with oil (mileage is 1500 for now)?

C7TV Winter tires? Knee blanket? Do you live in Alaska? I live in Europe and we get down to minus 20 in winter and I drive my GTS300 all year round with the only extra being a short windshield.
MegaBrorsan - that was my point; I use it all year round and have done for the last 20 years (PX200 until this year, now GTS300) I used to swap tyres for softer compounds until I discovered Michelin CityGrip and ran them all year. The ‘blanket’ is so I don’t have to wear extra layers that’ll just need to come off when I get to work.
