    Wow!!! Everything is one USd. However, mangoes in the Philippines are way more cheaper. You should try puto maya with sikwate in Cebu. It's ripe mango and glutinous rice with a cup of tablea (cacao) hot chocolate.

    Why would they not post prices on signs where you don't have to ask about every single thing you pick up? Oh wait ... I know why. So they can soak you if you look like you're from the US or Europe!

      Honesty is our culture 🤣,even street carpenters leave their things our in the open market for the night if it's not rainy season and no one takes

    • @ghusaghusa2135
      @ghusaghusa2135 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@onkgopotsebusanang5647 Read carefully what I wrote! Price gouging is not dishonesty. so I'm not calling anyone dishonest. Since prices are negotiated at the sale point, the vendor has the right to demand any price they choose. And when they see a westerner, they demand a higher price. That has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with honesty. I'm just saying they ask or demand higher from outsiders.

      The audacity to just make wrong assumptions!!instead learn to just simply ask, whatever thing you are saying "you know why" doesn't even exist here. if anything, Batswana always treats foreigners with leniency. That's how nice we are.
