I use a similar recipe but for the biscuits, I had 1 third cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. It gives the biscuits some lift and makes the airy

Reid. Bro. I just made this tonight and DAMN! I'm a Georgia boy, myself, and I know my way around some B&G and this is legit. The biscuits are pretty filling, too. The gravy was a work of art. Well done and thank you!

Thank youuuuuuuuu. I can't wait to do this. I've been carnivore for 5 weeks. I'm in love with this way of eating because of how I feel now. But today I woke up wanting comfort food, which to me is biscuits and gravy. I've never subscribed to a channel so fast lol. Thank you Thank you.

I'm from Tennessee so gravy is important now and then. This method with cream cheese and heavy cream is delicious. Leftovers refrigerate well. I quit making alternative biscuits but your method is intriguing. Thank you. I make a breakfast bowl with scrambled eggs and sausage then top with gravy. It would be delicious over hamburger too.

We made this meal this afternoon for round one of the 18/6 (Intermittent fast). My God man!! This was so good, and filling I have no compunction for having round two. Bad news bro...it was gone, the family hit lit like a gang of locusts from the the Exodus. Next time, I'm waiting for these guys to leave the building and chowin down all by myself and don't be reminding me I'm these guys mother!!

This is my dish for relatives that are NOT on Keto/ Carnivore- thank you! Also I put a scoop of the "biscuit" dough in silicone muffin top pans and baled at 375 for about 10 minutes. They turned out great so I use this as my "go-to" for everything buns.

Thanks for the reminder, can't beat sausage gravy. You can simplify by adding the cream directly to the cooked sausage and just sprinkle a 1/2- 1 teaspoon xanthagum, and cook to desired thickness.

I have some good news for you. Dr. Ken Berry said that processed meats, bologna, potted ham, etc. were still efficacious for people to use on Carnivore. Meat does not lose any carnivore benefits when more processed. So, I would think that you could use these products to develop flavors for dishes you might want to create. Well, I hope this helps you create another dish or two that you like that we can all enjoy!

Ok dude this was pretty good! Grinding pork rind smells kind of like butt. But all in all this was really good. I did the gravy sequence a little differently than you. I cooked my sausage then put the cream cheese in the sausage to melt down. I then added whole milk because a didn’t have heavy cream and let it render down. The gravy is awesome. I liked it better than the way I normally make gravy. Thanks for this idea it was a nice change.

👏🙏✌ another great one I'm adding to my list of some day God willing I will make. I been wanting to make a country carnivorish or keto breakfast with thick smooth buttery cheesy grits, fried fish, ham steaks, biscuits and gravy, bacon and bacon fat pepper eggs. It was a old cook that used to come on that always said "I guaRonTEE" lol I don't remember his name but he made cheese burger grits. I too don't even want to start going down that cauliflower road (to easy to create stuff with) so idk may be I could make at least a carnivore cheese burger grits. Of course it's idea but sounds to far to say out loud... YET lol. Pretty crazy but don't want to sound to crazy.
