Dear brothers and sisters , I’m in 12th grade and I have my main exam on Monday, kindly include me in your duas and pray for me to score well. May Allah bless you !
From my own experience, there are prayer that instantly answered (like in minutes or hours) but also prayer that takes years. Sometime I don't always get what I want but get something equal or even better. Even when I don't get it, there is a lesson I must learnt. Maybe humility, maybe patient, etc. Just trust Allah SWT will decide the best and have khusnudzon attitude.
Forever grateful for Ustad Nouman Ali Khan for his expertise and spread of linguistic beauties of the Quran. May Allah preserve the ethics and character of this talented ibad of Allah.
It's beyond my imaginations that how much Allah Almighty loves me😢...every time I come across a situation to find answers, He Almighty gives me answers through lectures of Nouman Ali Khan. All thanks to Almighty Allah for His blessings and May Allah Almighty Increase Nouman Ali Khan in knowledge and Barakah in his life.amin
A piece of advise that i took from this khutbah is that we need to submit to Allah not our desires. We need to surrender ourselves before Allah, not to ask Allah to surrender the reality according to our wish. Allah is higher than the highest, He should be our first priority.
Barakallah ustaz, it is so helpful. Dear brothers and sisters. Never give up. There is no unanswered du'a. Allah answered it with the best way and the most suitable for us. You can make dua, it is the best rizq that we should understand. Allah knows and the best of planners. Barakallah 🌹
I wish Nouman had a channel for nonMuslims because I always want to send my friends this stuff but it’s difficult for them to understand with so much Arabic. Excellent videos for me and other Muslims tho
@@minacayy I understand but I was referring to the Arabic words that get sprinkled in which we already know like “jannah” or names for things like “sadaqa” “dhuhr” or the names of prophets like “Idris”. This isn’t a complaint I’m just saying from experience I go wow I have to show this to my friend but then he’s constantly asking “sorry, what’s this word?”
Sharing a beautiful hadith so you can plant breathtaking trees and shade for yourself in Jannah.... Abu Hurayrah narrated Prophet Muhammed (saw) said each time you say subhan allah, wal hamdulillah, wa la illaha illallah, wa allahu akbar (glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Allah is the greatest) one tree will be planted for you in Paradise. What a beautiful gift Allah gives us for a second of our time to remember our Creator, the Most High
to accept is something quite different. Every dua is answered, but its being accepted and exactly what was sought being given is dependent on Almighty God's wisdom. For example, if a sick child calls the doctor, saying: "Doctor! Doctor!", and he replies: "Here I am, what do you want?", and the child says: "Give me that medicine!", the doctor will either give him exactly what he asks for or something better and more beneficial for him. Or knowing that medicine is harmful for his illness, he will give him nothing. The Words - 333 from Risale-i Nur Collection
Thank you Sheikh! A lot of people want to expedite everything all the time, but the laws of Allah are something we won't understand. The key is balance as always. Some things will take time. Hustle with good deeds on the side and enjoy the journey is really all that matters.
Great lecture as always. As a non Arabic speaker in my late sixties I find myself getting frustrated when the arabic recitation takes a long time before the English lecture starts. It would be helpful if the Arabic recitation is followed or somehow references are given to the Surah and aya that is being recited. I don’t know the Quran well enough to listen to the Arabic recitation and identify where it is in the Quran. An important follow up from each lecture would be to go back to the Quran and ponder over that passage. Jaza ka Allah khairun for all the work you are doing. An important skill for all Muslims in this day and age to acquire is critical thinking skills.
That is an amazing lesson, I have ever received in my life ♥️. Yeah I did the same mistake in my life now it’s clear to me why that happened 🥺, but I didn’t give up . Still I m praying and on top of that I get to know from this speech that what’s the relationship between my rob nd me .This is not only our demand or asking our desires or fulfilling our wishes . The most important thing is this is a small episode in our life so we should have known about that if you know I think you could have done something better in our life . The biggest chapter would be happened after death so we should work on it . Don’t indulge ourselves for temporary stuff. I think we are Muslim nd best creation from Allah (sw) so we deserve more nd more .
Guys im a student and i have my very difficult exams,my future depends on them So please make dua for me to get high marks May allah grand u all the highest level of jannah amin❤
May Allah give you happiness and success and joy and save u from disappointment and regret and fill ur life with blessings and grant you your dua because He is the only one that has the power to do so. May Allah have mercy on you and May You find success in the next life as well ameen
summary: 1) firstly humility i FEEL this is good for me is NOT the same as i KNOW this is good for me and Allah separates these as only HE knows really. 2) difficulty - some situations are impossible to escape so we derive inspiration from people in similar situations in history who requested relief of a need eg dua of asiya wife of firaun. 3) stubborness - i am sure of exactly what i want therefore stuck in a desire or wish and sad cause made so much dua it wasn’t answered. we want our reality to be molded to our wants. islam is not a ‘consumer religion’ ie transactional 4) resilience - adaptation to changing realities. every situation requires a different solution. be practical. use common sense. eg you’re 4 feet and you’re praying to be 6ft. 5) acceptance - eg terminal cancer patients. family refuses to switch off life support cause praying for a miracle. eg death is final. conclusion: acceptance of Allah’s decree. dua is not answered if it goes against qadr of Allah and we tend to lose faith but relationship with Allah is not just based on getting our duas. it goes way beyond. Allah loves me, protects me and cares for me even more than i care for myself so i am required to trust his wisdom more than my feelings and thoughts.
Lâ Hawla wa lâ Quwwata illâ billâhi'l aliyul Aziim. Assalaamualaykum (peace be upon you). Alhamdulillâhi Rabbil âlamiin. Allâhumma Salli alâ Seyyidinâ Mawlâna Muhammadin wa Sallim. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. May ALLÂH AWJ Reward you abondantly. May The Most Mercifull Make it Easy for all and Guide, Protect, Bless, Help us and Grant all of us Jannah. Also, supplication is a form of worship and recognition of human servitude to God. The fruits of this pertain to the hereafter. The aims pertaining to this world are the occasions of a particular sort of supplication and worship. For example, the prayers and supplications for rain are a form of worship. Drought is the occasion for such worship. Worship and supplications of this sort are not in order to bring rain. If they are performed with that intention alone they are not worthy of acceptance, for they are not sincere worship. Sunset is the time of the evening prayers. And eclipses of the sun and moon are the times of two particular prayers known as salat al-kusuf and salat al-khusuf . That is to say, with the veiling of the two luminous signs of the night and day, God's tremendousness is proclaimed so He calls his servants to a sort of worship at those times. The prayers are not so that the sun and moon will be revealed (whose appearance and how long the eclipses will continue have anyway been reckoned by astronomers). The Words - 334 from Risale-i Nur
Brothers and sisters, I want to point out, if you don’t accept what Allah (SWT) has given you already, your not really in true submission, I think we need more Tawakkul, trust Gods plan, Allah (SWT) knows what’s best for us. I think it is ok to plead Allah (SWT) to ask relief from suffering but we have to be patient which is really half our Deen. The best of us (loved by Allah (azwj)) are usually tested the most. All the prophets (peace be unto all of them) were the most tested people. Reading about their lives really gives you a wake up call, such pain would of broken you and I.
Ma sha Allah, nice explanation of everything, thank you. How did the wife as. from Pharao pray, when that guy was a horrible person? How could she become so famous to ALLAH swa., when she has to hide her religion/faith?
The hardest pill to swallow is that not every dua will be answered. Yea you could say “it will be answered but in a different way than that you want”. That’s not being answered though is it? If you go to a restaurant and order a steak and they end up giving you fish. Did your request get answered? No. But we have to trust Allah swt. It’s painful but it’s better than being delusional.
The case of prayer that you mentioned prayer to me for I am near Pray to me like a seduction kinda prayer for I am as close to the nerve of your halqum... pray to me for I am bound to full fill your need your wants what you ask for. so what was the ultimate to this and this prayer has been one.. that the women who had taken and used and wanting to know the key and all truth had pulled out all and taken me down they feel they have the right to be above and know more than any scholars superiors or even the monarchs..
There's nothing of help here. It's the same whiny response that prosperity gospel people give: you're not spiritual or holy or good enough so your prayers aren't answered. Useless talk. Thumbs down!
No. Rather the opposite. Your prayers aren't being answered the way you want probably because A. Allah has averted something harmful or there's a much better gift he's prepared for you. B. Allah's wisdom is infinite while we humans have a limited perspective. What we think is good for us might not be. So I guess this should've been on Joel's video not here. 😂
Dear brothers and sisters , I’m in 12th grade and I have my main exam on Monday, kindly include me in your duas and pray for me to score well. May Allah bless you !
Cute! May Allah help you and you do well in your exams

What is your name so we can make Dua by name to Allah
May allah help you make it easy for you memorize the homework and the books you should learn( realistic(in the video(i guess)))
Obviously, you didn't even listen the khutbah.
MAY Allah help you with your exams insha Allah

Okay true, the seeds or the idea of a good child or the lineage of Zachariah, has been too the case and what was done is totally uncalled for too.

Yea or the waiter can just say we are out of food and you get nothing. So I think you we answered 😂
Dua is not simply a wish fulfilling well. Plus NO is an answer
@@suweydaa.mohamed7460 true. A simple no is an answer. An as tough as it is, we as Allah's slave , with humility we must accept it
You literally said "out loud" what I've always been thinking and when I talk about it, people shut me down saying I'm negative
Maa shaa Allah!
the best!
