- 最近美國房市很多人在談論的，除了房貸利率高、房產存貨量少，另一個發燒的議題就是房價的可負擔性。CoreLogic的統計也指出，近年來美國小面積、價格較便宜的起步房數量，越來越稀少。不過因應房價可負擔性的問題，對於有興趣在拉斯維加斯買房的人有好消息，2023年上半年來，整個拉斯維加斯谷地開發了很多可負擔性高的連排屋新社區。此影片介紹的社區戶型比較特別，是雙拼一層樓的連排屋，建商也特別加強了房子的隔音效果。
Recently the widely discussed about the housing market ranges from the high mortgage rates, low housing inventory, to housing price affordability. According to CoreLogic, in the past decades the number of smaller and less expensive starter homes is getting scarce. However in response to the affordability issue, many less expensive new townhome constructions have been introduced across the Las Vegas valley since the beginning of this year (2023), which is good news for those who are interested in buying homes in Vegas. The floor plans presented in this video are less commonly seen but very practical for smaller households, which is single-story duplex townhomes. The builder also applies sound proofing insulation during construction.
