拉斯維加斯西南區現在很多建商前往插旗開發的，就在這部影片介紹的所在位置：Fort Apache往西與Blue Diamond交會口這一帶。Fort Apache在西南區算是條大路，Blue Diamond更是東西橫貫西南區的主要大道，很多餐廳、超市等生活所需的商店，都在這條路上蓬勃發展。沿著Blue Diamond這條路也可以直接連結到15號高速公路。
Many builders are now gathering to develop the part of the southwest, Las Vegas, that is introduced in this video, areas around the intersection of the west of Fort Apache Rd and Blue Diamond Rd. Fort Apache is one of the major roads in the southwest, and Blue Diamond is the main boulevard spanning from the east to the west of the southwest. Many retail stores that cater to the needs of the residents around the area have established or are to establish on Blue Diamond. You may also connect I-15 via Blue Diamond.

目前我們還沒碰到。縣政府從很多年前就不斷提倡省水的觀念，一般居民省水意識也很高。縣政府從1956年就開始回收水的技術和處理，飲用水當然是另一條線路，希望能把水資源有最充分的運用。

每個月HOA大約要$500、$600左右。Property tax是買進總價的約1%
@@lvrealtorryang 不知道 HOA包括些什么，听上去有点贵。
社區內所有公共設施的維護和清潔，社區內道路、路燈、植栽綠帶及公園的維護，另外還有門口的守衛。影片一開始的公共設施，可看到很大的游泳池，還有匹克球場、會議室、廚藝教室和party使用的廚房和餐廳、健身房等，都是公共設施的範圍
如果价格合适，我倒是想买个小户型的冬天去住。我现在住的地方冬天太冷勒。
