拉斯維加斯的西北區，顧名思義就是位在整個谷地的西北邊。以往大家比較熟悉、已經聽過的地方是Centennial、SKye Canyon等地。西北區目前居民的人數還不像Summerlin、Henderson、西南區那麼密集，以住宅區為主很安靜。西北區可透過95號高速公路，連結215、15號、515高速公路和Summerlin Pkwy等，交通可說是四通八達。此部影片介紹西北區最新開發的三個整體規劃大社區近況，這邊一層樓獨立屋的密度滿高的。影片最後介紹給大家這邊的一層樓新房。
The northwest area of Las Vegas, as the name suggests, is located at the northwest side of the valley. Many people may have heard of or are more familiar with Cetennial and Skye Canyon. The population density here in the northwest is not as high as Summerlin, Henderson, or the southwest area, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Via I-95, the northwest area can be connected with I-215, I-15, I-515, and Summerlin Pkwy and can reach nearly every part around the valley. This video will update you about the latest three masterplan communities in the northwest, where lots of single-story homes are being built and expected. We will also tour a new single-story home here at the second part of the video so stay tuned.

以租客的喜好來說，這三區中，以西南區最高。西北區也可以，但越靠近95和215高速公路的交會口附近、鬧中取靜的地方受歡迎。北拉斯維加斯的投資屋要挑地區，治安好的地方比較容易找得到租客
