You know a house is way overpriced if it's in Thailand but the price is USD. They already know there's no way a Thai person buys it. Her English is the best I have heard from a native Thai sales presentation.

Victoria returns with her signature elegance, introducing us to a remarkable property. Her barefoot catwalk throughout the villa and her fresh, captivating energy set a charming tone for the presentation. As she begins with her distinctive “My name is Victoria,” we are drawn into the story of this exceptional residence.
Perched gracefully on the lush slopes of Surin Hill, this elegant Thai-style villa seamlessly blends traditional craftsmanship with modern luxury. Located within one of Phuket’s most exclusive private estates, it exudes timeless charm. Designed as a series of beautifully crafted pavilions, each space is thoughtfully curated to highlight the villa’s traditional Thai architecture while accommodating the needs of contemporary living.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are a highlight, offering a tranquil escape in a lush tropical garden. Whether it’s dining al fresco in the exquisitely designed Sala, lounging on the sun terrace, or swimming in the private 15-meter infinity pool with stunning ocean views, this villa redefines luxurious living. Its layout and landscape design reflect both meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for Thai heritage.
While the villa already stands out for its sophistication and beauty, I would suggest some valuable enhancements. Transforming one of the downstairs rooms into a cinema room and another into a video studio would elevate its versatility, while refining the kitchen could add even more appeal to this dream home.
Victoria’s presentation, as always, complements the property’s elegance. Her beauty and fresh energy resonate throughout, captivating viewers.
Wishing a Happy New Year to Victoria, her team, and the channel’s visitors who share in the journey of discovering such incredible properties.

Yes. If I am going to pay $2M and fly to the other side of the planet, it's going to be for a house that looks like Thailand.😊 Thank you for posting.

Unfortunately it seems that a house is being built right in front of the pool and it will hide the sea view
