    I am still trying to master being able to run 5 minutes flat on the treadmill. I really admire runners, it's definitely something I want to be strong at and do it for fun.

      @@wakimura303 no that was before he signed. At the time he was still a collegiate athlete. He doesn’t have the record because he was representing team USA at the Olympics and not Oregon

      This record is for in-season, not out-of-season.
      Bernard Laget has the out-of-season NCAA record at 3:30:56 back in 1999.
      Hocker is 3rd with a 3:31.40

    as per usual with these kinds of vids...NO MENTION of what the PRIOR record that was broken...for those who are interested and don't want to look it up....it was 3:34.68 set last year by an athlete from Notre Dame......anyway.....your are welcome and I simply don't understand why its so hard to make reference to the prior record when ANY record is broken...to me, its common sense so the viewers or readers can get a sense of how much the prior record was broken by......so this guy broke the prior record by nearly a full second! Congrats!
