I have this. Never used it. I’m glad to see your vid. Ty . I think it takes 3 cups to make a loaf of bread. Not sure
Maybe we should just consider this thing an entertainment model, it does work. (Slowly) and it doesn’t make fine flour
How well does the flour work in breads? Is it a good enough grind?
Sorry for the late reply. My mother said it’s fine as long as you have a good strong starter, I would recommend sifting it. When we first used it, we followed the instructions and I ran a cup or two of grain through it and shifted it and ran the stuff that did not go through the sifter screen several times back thru it to get it finely ground and also seat the cutter blades. I would run several cups of grain through it and throw it in your flower bed before I would grind and use in food because there’s definitely a break-in period. It’s a slow machine, but it does the trick.
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS WITH US. 👍🏾
Mine works well I just bought a mockmil for the kitchen aid it's a stone mill.
Did your kitchenAid heat up?
It does a little, there is a warning in the instructions for the maximum number of cups you can mill at a time.
