- CORRECTION: Several times in this video, I mentioned the "689 Bridge". That is actually Highway 684, not 689.
This was our first time eating at Tide Tables Restaurant & Marina.
It is located just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island, in the fishing village of Cortez, Florida.
They have various menu items, but are especially known for their grouper bites and fish tacos. We sampled both. Stay tuned to see what we thought.

I grew up on AMI. Love your video. The Grouper came straight out of the water the day you were there. Usually dropped on the owners dock every morning before sunrise. The history of the structure will explain why the bathroom and inside seating are very limited.

The picnic tables you waited on were put in place cause they have huge crowds waiting during season and during that time they have a drink cart out there as well.

You have to ask for grouper when ordering tacos. There is an up charge for grouper.
That's good to know. I personally thought the blackened Mahi they came with, was a bit dry. I think grouper is better blackened than Mahi.
