Started playing Calamity mod for the first time, and I stumbled upon this boss out of curiosity. Imagine my reaction when this music started playing. I won't touch anything that doesn't move anymore.
Me too. The funny thing is I didn't even get stopped by the hive with 1000HP. I regretted it, but the music gave me the dexterity to win.
But the comments dont move💀
My first encounter with the hive mind went something like this
“What’s this weird thing “hive cyst” that’s odd I’m just gonna kill i- OH WHAT IS THAT GET AWAY FROM ME, IT CAN TELEPORT TO MY BASE?!!?”

I died to it a lot during my first playthrough. Surprisingly, I found it one of the easiest bosses, and having to listen to this track made me realize how good it is.
It used to be not too bad, but now that it deals more damage on higher difficulties and moves more erratically, it's quite hard to predict its movement. It's also fast as fuck, meaning it's hard to stay away from it. All it takes is practice and predicting the movement to succeed.
0:47 is easily the best Part.

Hivemind uses BoC's gimmick of minions and teleporting. Heck it even looks like BoC. Its theme even fits the crismon more imo.
Perforator has the worm gimmick cubed with its little shits, which EoW is meant to have. One of the little shits even work like EoW by being able to split if im correct.
