There's a decent number of infernum bosses I think Nameless is easier than, but it's generally more difficult than most of them. I'm not going to lie and pretend Nameless is the same level of difficulty as like, infernum DoG or SCal, but it's much more difficult than basically any premoonlord infernum fights, and even some of the post moon lord ones.

FUN FACT: on the official Wrath of the Gods wiki page for Nameless Diety, it states that if you spawn Noxus during the fight, they will attack eachother. This outcome also leads to an alternate death animation, with the regular loot still being dropped.
Ive tried this by using cheatsheet mod for god mode, and they fight each other for a little over a minute before they pretty much kill each other (occasionally one would die before the other but the typical outcome was noxus would get deity down to its 1 health, but deity continues whatever attack its doing before it fully dies, which kills noxus)

If he is brought down to 1 HP (through cheats or through taking a massive amount of damage in a short time, which Noxus can inflict pretty easily) he will perform all of them back to back before he can die.

I feel like its more that he has reached the limit of what the 'game' the 'world' allows him to. He plays by the rules because he knows he's in a game and that the Terrarian is a husk controlled by higher beings. It is a game that he must abide by because soemthing greater than him has told him so. He has reached the limit of what a god can do as a video game character. And even then, not as much as Sans for exemple, who can track your older files or Monica from DDLC who knows the name of your user file on your PC. But yes, as far as the character of the game know, all that you've said is true.

It abides by our rules because it knows that we can delete it at any point if we want to. To simply uninstall the mod that constitutes its existence within the game world, rendering it less than dead, but something that never existed to begin with.
I like how this is still technically Nameless "testing" you since he could have literally ended the fight whenever he wanted to like for example when you try to use the Noxus Spray and he just deletes you from existence or he just gets rid of your Rod of Harmony... Also nice vid :D

he also does something similar with the rod of harmony. apparently he talks TO the player themselves and rants about how stupidly op the rod is and says that instead of the player trolling him, he’s trolling THEM.
I think this is the best boss ever in Terraria, and one of the most creative and beautiful boss ever. The character design of God being a mish-mash of constantly shifting amalgamation of everything and the censor block is 👌 👌 👌 The choreography/cinematography, like its entrance where it pushes away all the stars and rip the fabric of reality is so 👌 👌 👌 The sound design, particularly when it deafens the music when it does its "void attack" is 👌 👌 👌 The way it manipulates time and space to create so many various attacks is 👌 👌 👌 The way it manipulates reality itself to the point it breaks the 4th wall is 👌 👌 👌 This was a God through and through.
