save your money fellas! i invested lots of money on my 14 is 250, bags, carbon fiber everywhere, exhaust rims, etc then lost intrest, its hard to sell for the money u dropped on it, i just sold it and got a 2020 q60 rs way different beast

You did yourself a favor. RR racing is very good at hiding their horror stories and keeping people quiet about the havoc their shitty kits have wrecked engines. I'm part of a F group with over 100 Fs and 4/4 of the members who had their kit has had nightmares with their kit. Good on you for realizing that Lexus are meant to be quick and fast. I gave up the idea of building an RcF and sold it and got a real performance car, C7 Z06. Getting it tuned next week with fbo and e85, should put down 675ish whp RELIABILIY. No lexus could ever do that. I will get a LX600 in the future for a daily.
That’s what I’ve also heard so it turned me off to the kit tbh. Everyone who ever has it never really tells you everything or they never drive the car. At least people I know

A lot of youtuber don't show the bad side of modding a car and most of the big channels have a team working on the cars all the time.
I own a 2014 Lexus IS350, and I would hold off on modifications on your vehicle. The key question is are you able to afford anything that comes up about breakdowns? I would chill and continue making videos with great content.

For me back then the is250 was my first dream car. I wasn't in it for the power, it was the look of it and the 07 model when I first one of my school mate borrowed it from his brother for year 12 formal. It was lowered and on some chrome wheels. My cousin also had an is250 and it was sc as well. It was some custom sc.. RR sc was definitely not around. Anyways long story short, the first F sport series 2 caught my attention with the semi sport like the grille and duck spoiler.. series 3 of the 2is f sport was the one I really wanted but that time it was out of my budget so I bought the 07 with F sport style grille will some mods like coils and some other minor cosmetic parts from ebay. Turns out it was a lemon. Lol I'd spent alot of money and I mean crazy money to give it a new life new look as I didn't want to give up on it. I'll try and keep it as long as I can but nothing is guaranteed as the more we grow the more we think differently. Overall Jason, thank you for your valued time to create content to keep someone like myself entertained... I do rewatch your earlier videos as well. I can never get bored of them videos. Whatever you do always remember be happy with yourself as it's very important.

TBH Jason good call. If you don't have the energy to maintain the SC and the hassle, it's better for peace of mind. Had issues with my SC in my GS350 but it does take some patience. Keep up the great work bro!

You should do a 50 shot of wet nitrous kit, the engine can handle easy 100 shot. And is something that can be turned on and off at your liking. The other route, is do the upper and lower intake manifold port and polish with a 76mm Tundra throttle body.
That would be dope! I was always curious how much it would cost to run a 100 wet shot system in this car & the longevity of the system as well as the motor
Bro definitely doing the right thing. I got my Lexus and had PLANS but realized quickly that I loved my car too much and want it to last. Im actually strongly considering buying a Lexus RC F and do a few things but nothing that will over stress it.

Oh that would be sick! Honestly, he didn’t even sell anything besides the Supercharger so he still has the car & it looks the same! It just doesn’t have the SC! He sold it because he needed money. His wife is in a nursing program so he’s taking on all the bills and working OT all the time. Plus he doesn’t drive the car that much.
The only thing you can really do is FBO. Which is intake, FULL exhaust, and tune. And that’ll probably give you about +25 hp😂. There’s a hybrid turbo out there but it’s expensive and difficult to find. Idk if they even make it anymore. The 200t has absolutely 0 potential to make more power😔

Dude I feel you on the “adulting” thing. I got my IS when I was 19, was still living with my parents. Saw your channel and started to do all sorts of mods lol. Anyways a couple years ago I had to move into my own house, had to have enough room for my gf and brother. With rent and dogs and other bills, it got to the point where it did not make sense to keep it anymore (was still paying it off). Just sold it a month ago, was really sad lol. But it is what it is. Will get another car when it makes more sense.

I got quoted by one of your reps for over $2000 and I would have to drive or trailer my car 6+ hours to you😅 I ultimately decided not to move forward with it because the supercharger from RR isn’t the best kit anyways. There were a lot of gimmicks that I didn’t like.

I completely understand why you didn't want to install sc but loi who specializes in custom lexus tuning is there in Cali and is more than capable of tuning your car and offers full e85 tunes so your motor will not blow lol . But regardless if you remain NA or go boost , your fan base will always support you brother! Keep up with the content and i completely feel the whole TH-cam thing as well !

And yeah I got quoted over $2k from Loi and I would have to drive my car 7 hours away or trailer it haha. Def not worth it. I got the SC for $3,000 and it would’ve costed another $3k just to get everything done and dialed in. And I just didn’t really want to move forward with it. I know I’m going to run into ALOT of issues.. I’ve spoken to Marty motoring and most of the supercharged IS community and ultimately, it just didn’t seem worth it to me anymore

Yeah, it’s all tuning. This cars ECU is very difficult to crack ): And then obviously going stand alone is crazy expensive. Example: Motec Stand Alone is like $10k+😅
Hahaha I wish! I strongly considered that back in the day but after seeing my friend spend like $40k on his swap with all the baller parts, turbo, motec, injectors, etc, I was like I’m good haha.
On your Instagram I said I thought it was a Turbo it does look like a Turbo On your Instagram but more I'm looking at it on your video you can see it is a supercharger and I agree with it's too much it's gonna probably mess up your car and it's not worth it Bottom line it's your car you do what you want👍💫💥💫❤️🔥💯😎
It already sold! It would’ve been too much for too little. Sure I could make the money back from TH-cam and such over time but it wasn’t really about the money or content. I wanted the boosty sounds and honestly, after re-evaluating, talking to RR, I decided against it. Plus there were a few gimmicks I didn’t like about RR’s kit.

You should do a 50 shot of wet nitrous kit, the engine can handle easy 100 shot.
And is something that can be turned on and off at your liking.
The other route, is do the upper and lower intake manifold port and polish with a 76mm Tundra throttle body.
That would be dope! I was always curious how much it would cost to run a 100 wet shot system in this car & the longevity of the system as well as the motor

Oh that would be sick! Honestly, he didn’t even sell anything besides the Supercharger so he still has the car & it looks the same! It just doesn’t have the SC! He sold it because he needed money. His wife is in a nursing program so he’s taking on all the bills and working OT all the time. Plus he doesn’t drive the car that much.

The only thing you can really do is FBO. Which is intake, FULL exhaust, and tune. And that’ll probably give you about +25 hp😂. There’s a hybrid turbo out there but it’s expensive and difficult to find. Idk if they even make it anymore. The 200t has absolutely 0 potential to make more power😔

Dude I feel you on the “adulting” thing. I got my IS when I was 19, was still living with my parents. Saw your channel and started to do all sorts of mods lol. Anyways a couple years ago I had to move into my own house, had to have enough room for my gf and brother.
With rent and dogs and other bills, it got to the point where it did not make sense to keep it anymore (was still paying it off). Just sold it a month ago, was really sad lol. But it is what it is. Will get another car when it makes more sense.

I ultimately decided not to move forward with it because the supercharger from RR isn’t the best kit anyways. There were a lot of gimmicks that I didn’t like.

I completely understand why you didn't want to install sc but loi who specializes in custom lexus tuning is there in Cali and is more than capable of tuning your car and offers full e85 tunes so your motor will not blow lol . But regardless if you remain NA or go boost , your fan base will always support you brother! Keep up with the content and i completely feel the whole TH-cam thing as well !

And yeah I got quoted over $2k from Loi and I would have to drive my car 7 hours away or trailer it haha. Def not worth it. I got the SC for $3,000 and it would’ve costed another $3k just to get everything done and dialed in. And I just didn’t really want to move forward with it. I know I’m going to run into ALOT of issues.. I’ve spoken to Marty motoring and most of the supercharged IS community and ultimately, it just didn’t seem worth it to me anymore

It would’ve been too much for too little. Sure I could make the money back from TH-cam and such over time but it wasn’t really about the money or content. I wanted the boosty sounds and honestly, after re-evaluating, talking to RR, I decided against it. Plus there were a few gimmicks I didn’t like about RR’s kit.
