Just got back from 10 days holiday here and simply can not fault it. Absolutely gorgeous place. Fantastic restaurants to choose from and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'd like to say a particular thanks to Winnie in Hong loong for her warmth and great sense of humour. She made our dining experience even better than 10/10. Only one issue is no drinks, not even water with half board dining and the drink prices are extortionate. But still can't raté this place highly enough. Thanks to all your amazing staff.
A great Hotel, what was not good is that everything extra will be charged and there are people around the pool trying to sell all sorts of stuff. I do expect from a hotel like this that this will be stopped. The quality of food is great and the rooms are super!
