I've also recently unlocked the basic skills. Yesterday I did my first real L-sit :) Progression slowing down can be painful, just remember that it's a win if you can hold a position just for 1-2 seconds longer than you previously could.
This Tip with the transition from Crow to planche is a gamechanger for me. Can do a proper tuck planche for 15s but transitioning is hard, but resting one knee at a time on the elbow is genius. Would never have come to that idea since crow is easy for me. Nice videos.

@@Sparkz373you don't wanna do 90 degree hold? Handstand and 90 degree hold are doable if you can do 20-30 pushups. Watch chris heria on TH-cam and he'll tell you how to train towards it.

That "elbow planche" is much easier to learn at some table or bench (which would hold bodyweight). Just come near it place hands and try to lean forward pressing elbows in the abs. You'll easy find a balance point and it's not that intimidating as when you low to the ground. Just dont forget to tension your back and point feet, so it looks nice.

I recently unlocked the frontlever but injured my shoulder a bit and cant get it away with warm up and light pressure exercises. It stops me from progressing. Do you have advice to get rid of it fast? Like within 1-2 days? I dont like doing restdays and dont want to wait like 1 week or more before the pain goes away I feel the pain when I do tucked frontlever pulls even though im not good at them yet and also when attempting planche leans and tucked planche
Ah and I have pain in my upper right back area and I feel the pain when I do planche lean with scapula protraction, also the pain intensifies when I breathe in deeply during that.

U don’t need a lot of strength to do the crow pose. I can only do 4 pushups MAX and can do it effortlessly. I think the crow pose has more to do with balance than strength

I have one the best advice. You have to take rest for few weeks. If you will continue- the pian will increase
