Yujin, this interview and condo tour was so awesome! I’m so proud of you. Thanks for letting us into your space and sharing what makes you so amazing and why the tribe loves you -- your personality, smarts, and sense of humor. And those financial tips? str8 fire. Isaiah can you start asking about noise in the condo tours? Noise is a big selling point for me, such as are the walls paper thin, do u hear neighbours above… I have had so many disputes with neighbours above scraping chairs across floors!! I ultimately go for the top flat .. but they are not always available
I paid off two houses working as a DOD contractor overseas. Yeah the job sucks, but i guess that's why it paid really well. But I wish him all the best in his new chapter. Hope everything workout for him. Great interview bro!
That view is epic. Nice Condo. 😮 Thailand is a head of their time with how the decorate and build their condo buildings. Incorporating nature in their buildings is awesome. I love it.
Another great interview at The Politan. Trey and Eugene are living their best lives. Can you do a video of Politan Aqua? I don’t want to live in the city and this looks like a great location. Keep making these great videos.
Nephew you know that building is 🔥🔥 I wanted to move to Jomtien, I really want to stay on the beach. But this building and this area is making me think hard. $750 compared to the $1550 I'm paying now.😂😂
25:45 I do love an all-black computer desk setup! • The entire unit looks comfortable, and best of all- lived in! I’ve watched other tours by supposedly permanent residents who have hardly anything in their fridge, tons of beautiful amenities they don’t use… they might as well be living in a hotel room. I understand everyone lives the way they want. However, this tour gives the impression the residents are truly settled in Thailand.

Agreed on what you said about Thailand . I used to work in a cruise ship going to Phuket, Pattaya and other beautiful islands and I vowed to retire in Thailand. 8 more years to go and once the pension / free money kicks in . I will retire in Koh Samui, Thailand. I was there back in 1996-2001 and will back to retire .
I was in line for one of those contracting jobs with the DoD in Kuwait during covid, went through all the paperwork and even did my medical screen, but they never sent me due to the covid situation. It would've been nice tax free earnings, but i don't regret it.
No sewer smells, daily cleanups by the condo managers staff, noise is non-existent, super peaceful and quiet. Water quality is excellent, pretty much US water quality.
