Ever since the May app update and subsequent firmwares, my Move 2 does nothing but stutter and skip on AirPlay. So I started working with customer service. After doing Diagnostics they told me it was an issue with my wifi router. So I went and bought a BRAND NEW router. Set it up and guess what? It is still stuttering and skipping on AirPlay. So I get back with customer service. Begging them to do a warranty exchange as my Move 2 is only 8 months old. They told me no. And the agent told me that even if they swapped it, the issue would still happen. Excuse me what? How? So is the agent admitting there's an issue with AirPlay? Because first the agent told me it was my wifi. After buying a new router and the issue still persisting, then the agent tells me no to a warranty swap and that no matter what the issue would continue. I have transcripts of these convos with the agent to prove what I'm saying.
Speakers sound great, but the app is no good. Took me 5 hours... 5 hours to get my speakers working correctly. Usually it only takes me a half hour and I'll wait a month between usage because I get so drained fiddling with it, and every month I hope they fix the bugs. They never do.
This speaker sounds way better than the Move 1 IMO. Totally worth it. It even sounds better than some of their older SOUNDBARS

I would try this Move 2 IF THE APP WORKED THAT IS! Can't even add new speakers.

App is terrible, it's a good thing the box is recyclable.
