Love this series
Happy to hear it! 🔈 ❤️
The Sonos 5 needs a refresh. Will you guys do that soon?
The Sonos Five is a great speaker. In addition I’d love to see an ERA 500 with the up-firing tweeters and keep the 3 low frequency woofers and Dolby Atmos capability as well
Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose any information about possible future product or feature releases. But we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter on Sonos.com if you haven't already to be the first to know when announcements are made available.
Claiming sustainability is hollow when repair options are nonexistent. My Sonos Move 2 had a minor case damage, but instead of offering replacement parts, you push for a whole new speaker. That's not eco-friendly, it’s wasteful.
You should make video showing sonos making a charging cable for the move 1 directly available from sonos. Instead of making your customers play Amazon roulette with chargers that match the specs from sonos, however do not work.
That was a nice way of saying make a freaking usb-c charger for the move that works and sell it. Wtf!!! It's money you could make while not irritating your customers. I will not buy another sonos product until support, parts, cables for old products exist.
