I never understood why the in-ceiling speakers can't be used as height channels.
Prior to the latest app I loved my Sonos Amp = now not so much 😞

Agreed. Too bad, I won't be confident anymore with Sonos. It's a pity to have such incompetent people able to kill a brand like that.
No hi res this seem out of date there’s much better on the market these days
