    I have the Miller tool for the seal install. Mine will install both seals at the same time. Awesome video as usual bro!!

    Nice Work! I am down right now with knee and foot injuries. Just so happens my Jeep is torn apart. Bad timing on my part to get it finished. Good luck on your surgery. Break a leg as they say. Cheers.

    Big side of the seal installation tool is for larger seals like in your D60. You’ll need it for that one. Looking good Dan, hope the surgery goes 💯🙏

      My 60 isnt too much bigger diameter but for sure a super duty would use that side

    One of the old guys at my shop said to put valve seat grinding compound on the taper shaft of the balljoint to prevent it from spinning. I tried it once on a stupid f150 I was flipping and it worked quite well.

      Interesting. I don’t have any on hand. I use prybars a lot at work on upper a arms on ifs trucks and stuff. Pressure seems to do the trick however you can manage to apply it

      I see worse all the time at work. its normal to be able to move them back and forth but the up and down is the killer

    I have a case spreader. Not sure it would work with the full truss.

      Could have probably got a couple thousand which was all I needed. It was so tight I couldn’t even get the races to start in. Video made it look like it went in ok cuz I wasn’t gonna show 36 minutes of me strugglin haha

    This makes me want the American iron ball joint delete on my f250 44 since im king pin poor. 😅

      trust me it was on my short list before I found the 60, couldnt justify the cost knowing im swapping it out soon

      @@jeepindave5464 those are the chevy on front and rear but different years. I had the caddy rear calipers with the e brake lever but they didnt brake for SH** so I switch to 76 k20
