There's a great live color video of this song from Blackpool, England 1965. Check it out and you won't be laughing the whole video. The one you just watched was actually shot in 65 as a promo video 16 years before MTV hit the air. The Beatles were always way ahead of their time and everybody else was trying to play catch-up which never happened. You can see they never took themselves very seriously even though they were the biggest act in music history which made them that much cooler. This is Lennon and his first really personal song that he wrote. He was feeling very constricted by the whole Beatlemania thing. You must realize that these guys could not move about anywhere, they would have been mauled by the fans. John called this his Fat Elvis period because he was eating and drinking like a pig out of depression. John said this song along with Nowhere Man from the Rubber Soul Lp released on December 1, 1965 were two of his favorite Beatle songs because they were real emotions that he felt when he wrote them. He stated this in his last big interview he gave for Playboy magazine released in the December 1980 issue just a week before that Asshole shot him. If you want to see Beatlemania at its peak you must check out The Beatles live at Shea Stadium NY, 1965. This was the night stadium rock was invented with 56,500 out of their mind fans going berserk! The Beatles had Vox make them special 100 watt amplifiers for this show. They couldn't here a note they were playing and yet they were flawless. The music had to be piped up through the stadium's PA system which had to sound like it was coming out of a tin can. They just didn't have the technology back then and again The Beatles were way ahead of their time. I always like to say that The Beatles were so far ahead that they may still may be ahead of their time. This concert was recorded in high quality color and sound and not a long watch because their concert's were never more than 30 minutes because any longer and there would have been riot conditions. This show along with the live Help performance are kinda must see stuff. Watch these and you'll see how the Big Boy's did it 56 years ago. I hope that I gave you some helpful information here and have a wonderful weekend young lady.
Wow that’s alot of informations thank you so much I appreciate you. Definitely going to check that out! Thanks for taking time and giving us this knowledge about beatles cheers
How good to see again some of your videos with songs from BEATLES or ABBA or Bee Gees (my favorites) "Help!" (1965) is the title song of his second film there is great vocal work in second voices from Paul and George reinforcing John's vocal leadership Lyrically it is a first message of crude reality from John, it is the beginning of the Beatles' farewell to the Beatlemania stage I'm going to leave you several suggestions for the future (so you can take what seems most appropriate and without pressure) BEATLES: In my opinión the two most important Beatlemania songs: + "She loves you" (1963) the best-selling song of the 60s in the UK + "A hard day's night" (1964) the title song of his first film ABBA: + "Dancing Queen" (1976) yesterday the official video on TH-cam exceeded 500 million views! and ABBA remastered it in HD + "S.O.S." (1975) if the Beatles had Help, ABBA had S.O.S. hahaha Bee Gees: "My world" (1972) "Mr Natural" (1974) both songs have videos to see them un studio recording I wish you an excellent weekend a cordial greeting from Argentina
@@wednesdaymadness3792 Pausing to discuss is not the same as pausing to show clips of someone playing the piano, or other skits, or laugh hysterically over and over because there was an umbrella in the video. It made it hard to listen to the music and seemed disrespectful to the performance, but, hey, that's just one man's opinion.
That is why i mentioned on my comment that part of their fame is their humour on most of their videos. But I totally respect your opinion and I appreciate it as well because your giving me a chance to improve thank you

"Help!" (1965) is the title song of his second film
there is great vocal work in second voices from Paul and George reinforcing John's vocal leadership
Lyrically it is a first message of crude reality from John, it is the beginning of the Beatles' farewell to the Beatlemania stage
I'm going to leave you several suggestions for the future
(so you can take what seems most appropriate and without pressure)
BEATLES:
In my opinión the two most important Beatlemania songs:
+ "She loves you" (1963) the best-selling song of the 60s in the UK
+ "A hard day's night" (1964) the title song of his first film
ABBA:
+ "Dancing Queen" (1976) yesterday the official video on TH-cam exceeded 500 million views!
and ABBA remastered it in HD
+ "S.O.S." (1975) if the Beatles had Help, ABBA had S.O.S. hahaha
Bee Gees:
"My world" (1972)
"Mr Natural" (1974)
both songs have videos to see them un studio recording
I wish you an excellent weekend
a cordial greeting from Argentina

I’ll take that advice thank you
Singer with the umbrella is not blending in very well it seems haha
Haha i think he’s John Lennon
@@wednesdaymadness3792 ah, silly John it's not raining men
That was a lot of interruptions to the song, not merely to talk about it, but to play other films and even other music. I'm moving on.
I appreciate your comment. But for a music reaction video not to get a copyright, unfortunately had to pause it. Don’t want to do it as well
