I just acquired a smokey quartz after a long time of connecting with the energy of it. Your meditation really tapped me into it's essence, and I have completely fallen in love with this stone. I love smoky quartz! The one I have is raw and is somehow mixed with black tourmaline. My goodness, this combination stone is absolutely grounding and I usually keep it on my desk at home. 🙂 It feels like a cool hand on a fevered brow.

I sleep better with mine near my bed and I feel so much better dealing with those who are vicious and judgmental; also I’m in a sense shielded from that nonsense and ego trip of those who complain often thinking they’re right and everyone else is not good enough. So toxic.😵💫 Often the people who think they have control over others. I avoid those situations the best I can and they really can’t be avoided. This gem is one that’s meant for the type of healing that one can benefit when taking on tasks independently as this gives you courage and depth of insight to take action towards a resolve.
I like how you clearly defined grounding. I hear it so often in many different places, but never a real clue as to what is meant when they say grounding. So thank you for that. I was wondering, if after being centered after grounding you still feel disturbance could it be your environment that is contributing to your disturbance? Might a space clearing be necessary? Thank you so much - I'm glad it was helpful! If you are still feeling a disturbance it's important to sit quietly to determine if the disturbance is from within or outside of you in your environment. If within, then your intuition is telling you there is something you need to address inside. If it's extrernal, it could be that you only noticed it once you were focused and grounded. I can't tell you what that specific disturbance means, but you may want to keep an 'eye' on it and see how it continues to feel. 🙏💖🙏

I am starting now my journey with crystals! I had already bought one because I always felt sort of like a calling but I was to scared to dive in to it at the time. The one I bought is tumbled and kinda small but I can’t quite figure out what it is. I remember being told it was quartz and I’m pretty sure it is real because I bought it in a shop near a mine in a small town. My crystal is clear but it is a little foggy, I can’t really see through it. It doesn’t have bubbles but it has lots of lines inside it, some of them have a little brown tone too. Could you please help me figure out what it is? Have any idea what it could be? Thank you so much! :)

I am a geologist, I mine gemstones. Not one of the crystals has ever done anything but be a regular gemstone. It's good to be spiritual, I'm all for it, crystals are not any source of energy or special properties, they are just gems. I was bedridden and dying 2 years ago and not one of my crystals did anything. Reiki healing I do belive in though.

I have a special smokey quartz that helps me specifically with my shadow work.
Smokey Quartz is the first crystal I connected with. Still my favourite. I have many around me. A great filter.
