I’ve been contemplating buying the Heritage “2 inch ROSCOE wheel gun since it first came out . I’ve always loved the J frame Snubnose pistols . I’ve owned Smith& Wesson’s , Colts & a few others in my day . Now I’m wanting a new one . My question is regarding the New Roscoes , are they rated for the + P .38 rounds ??
