Don't you need blocking at the top of the sheathing, so the edge and be nailed every 6 inches?

Thx for the video. I’m in Pennsylvania, is there a difference between using 7/16 vs. 1/2 OSB for exterior sheathing?

Hey thanks for watching. There is no difference between the two, they are the same. All 1/2" osb is 7/16. The same thing as when you get a 2x4, that's the common name for it but not it's actual dimension

What tooth blade do you cut your OSB with?

Can you use fiber cement sheets on studs without sheathing to close up a porch and make it a room?

Yes you could use cement boards instead of wood sheathing, but I would recommend putting on a vapor barrier first.
