Oiling and a detox programme is what you need. Soap and face wash are mentioned in another video on my channel.

I am confused whether I have psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis because one doctor says it's psoriasis and another says it's seborrheic dermatitis. How can I confirm this since I only have it on my face and head, not on my body?

I recommend going to a doctor in a goverment hospital for the diagnosis because they usually see a a large volume of patients and have more exposure to such cases. Hope this helps.
