I was going through all skin creams, ointments, this and that therapy, meditation, spiritualism etc, etc, for 30 years to get rid of psoriasis. All were temporary and it always came back after few months. In 2022 while browsing the net I came across a casual mention in an article that glucose spike could create skin problems and mood swings. Then I bought a glucometer and I was surprised to see that my sugar levels were most of the time in the range of 170 to 200. When I measured my sugar lever after breakfast of idli or dosa or upma and dinner of chapaatis with alloos it was near 200. So I decided to change my food eliminating all flour based foods made with rice, wheat or maida. I started eating cucumber, carrot and pears as breakfast. I also used to add lettuce, onions, tomatoes in my salad. When pears was scare I ate apples or papayas. Regular lunch was with large portion of two vegetables and a small portion of rice. The dinner was one of the lentils - green gram or brown gram or kidney beans or chickpeas - I used to cook them with capsicum and eat with a cup of curd rice, some times instead of rice one chapaati. I kept my glucose levels well below 140 all day. Cucumber and pears do wonders to your skin. After six months the skin scalings started disappearing and no new eruptions. Occasional mild eruption was more like mosquito bite and disappeared. Finally after a year I got rid of psoriasis and all skin creams. My new diet has become regular. I am careful not to eat anything that spikes glucose like cookies or ice-creams but eat groundnuts and chickpeas as snacks. Keep glucose in check to get rid of psoriasis. Try it out.

There is possible cure of siddha medicine for some people.
Peanut,curd,tomato ,u can eat . No problem.tamota ketchup is very dangerous for psoriasis
