@@magnusnilsson9792 point is very few use their cards as they use credit cards in the USA. We don’t pay a large credit bill each month. In practice it’s more of a debit card even if you could get $10 on credit on some cards. I have chosen to have no credit om my card.

"Rödbestsallad" is great! Perfect on a sandwich with cold meatballs. Or at Christmas: on a sandwich with Christmas ham.
It's pretty easy to make at home:
    1 jar of pickled beetroot (~ 500 g)
    1 small apple (~ 80-100 g)
1 dl crème fraiche (or maybe a substitute could work?)
    1 dl mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard (like a coarse grain mustard or a dijon mustard. a more classic one, not a hot and sweet type)
    salt
    black pepper
1 - 2 tablespoons of the syrup (liquid) from the pickled beets
Let the beets drain, save a few tablespoons of the liquid. Cut the beetroots into small cubes. Cut the apple into small cubes.
Mix the beetroot and the apple with the other ingredients and taste it to see if it needs more salt, black pepper, or the beetroot liquid.
Let it refrigerate for a bit (preferably like a day or over the night, but at least an hour or something) before serving, so all the ingredients in there give everything a nice flavor

Fika is not restricted to a certain time, you can fika at any time in the day or evening but most people do it on their morning and afternoon breaks at work so these breaks, usually at around 10 am and 2 pm, are called 'Fika breaks' which is where the guy in the video probably got the time from.

According to the agreement between most unions and the employer organisations, the employees has the right to a five minute break every hour. At most work sites this has been pulled together to a 15 minute break in the morning, usually at 8 or 9, and one in the afternoon, usually at 13 or 14, and this is the when the "fika" at the workplaces usually take place. But you can have "fika" whenever, with your friends, family or as a first date or any date really. It's just a way to hang out with any pressure.

The IKEA departement stores are huge. I think thats why there’s not more than approximately 20 of them in Sweden. Many drive to one of them a couple of times per year (as a daytrip) and stay there the whole day and shop, eat lunch and then coffe/fika in the afternoon and supper in their restaurants/café before they leave. (As the food is cheap).
    .
(Today they have some smaller shops in the cities too. But if we’re just talking about the big department stores its around 20 like he said in the video. (21 according to Google😊)).
