In this video I'm assuming you're recording with the FX30? Also what lense arre you using when recording this video or what lenses do you recommend for this type of content were you want your main character with a nice bokeh. Nothing fancy.
looking to do 24FPS 4k podcasts. Thoughts on ZV-E10 overheating? Need like up to 2 hrs usually less like 1 hr. Will be inside, cool environment. I see there is a $30 fan on amazon...or just buy the FX30 - thanks!
I'm not sure how the fan will work with long recordings, but if it's usually less than ZV-E10II, it should do the job. Anything longer just go with the FX30.
You can still go with the ZV-E10 for your podcast. The idea is to use an Atem mini pro that you connect the ZV-E10 to. In this case, you'll be recording on the Atem mini Pro, and therefore, the camera will never overheat as it's not recording internally.
I knew soon as I saw that church shot that you were SDA. Wow great content. What would you advise for someone looking to do Studio, portable podcast, and talking head shot between these two cameras. Thanks
@@MikeBSalazar "Special music"...Preacher was not wearing ring, the font of his presentation screen, and your personal demeanor. I am trying to Strat a Podcast 2 to 4 people and Talking head shots, streaming live. We will be at GYC filming to will be doing much filming on road. So you recommend FX30 over a6700?
"The font" hahahahha I do recommend the FX30 over the A6700 for that. The long recordings, no overheating especially for live stream are great. I recommend extra batteries though if you don't build a rig around it. Or at least a power bank battery. If you have any more questions feel free to hit me up on Instagram DM's. TH-cam replies are harder to get back to.
fx30, it has a build in fan to cool it down whereas the zv e10 m2 does overheat if its running for a while especially if its hot and its charging at the same time
Having said that, if you still prefer the size of the zv e10 m2 which I do personally, you can get an aftermarket fan attachment that can keep the zv cool
@@MikeBSalazar I think I’m going to just buy the fx30 I don’t want to deal with overheating at all ,what’s a good budget lens do you recommend for the fx30 to shoot music videos?
Which camera do you lean more towards?
ZVE10II since I'm poor.
And you could eliminate the light banding easily using the "Anti flicker" function.
FX30/FX3 are my go to choices every single time. I have the ZV-E10 Mark 1 and II as well.
The FX cameras are still my favorite to use to shoot anything.

Where did you get your FX30 skin from?
Alpha Guard
Thanks for the great video! i go back between wanting to by one or the other every couple hours haha
I totally get it. These are great cameras for sure!
@@MikeBSalazar ended up going for the zv e10 ii (i already have a fx3)
Ah. Well that helps then! You’ll definitely enjoy the smaller form factor.

What was the give away? hahaha
Generally if you shoot anything over an hour, the FX30 is the better camera.

@@MikeBSalazar thank you sir
How long do you think the Sony zv-e 10 ii will record outside in the sun before overheating?
My guess is an hour.

Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8. I also have a video on this topic of lenses for the FX30.
