    I really enjoy the simplicity of this video. It only takes one practitioner to instruct us, having two is off putting and unnecessary I have found, so this is straight to the point, no silly comic remarks throught, pre op exercises as they should be. Thank you, this is helping me enormously.

    Gluteal sets
    Heal slides
    Long arc quads
    Arm chair pushups
    Seated hamstring stretch
    Straight leg rise
    Knee extension stretch
    Side lying leg lift

    I've had two total knee replacements. Doing exercises and getting in shape before surgery absolutely help in recovery after surgery. You will also heal quickly if you do the required exercises after surgery.

    I found this video very informative, great demonstrations with great narrative throughout. Would have loved to have seen a download to accompany it with dot points relating to the key points of the exercise, eg keep core tight, stop hips from rolling back etc. This not a criticism, truly the video is awesome, just as a patient about to undergo THR these were my thoughts. Many thanks

    How many reps of each? How many times a day or week? Very helpful.

      When i did my tkr, my therapist told me to try doing the exercises every three hours daily.

      I'm doing 20 reps of all exercises that aren't timed.

      20 sets of 3 with minute rest in between sets
