OK, to anyone lol, if you click on link above and scroll down there is instructions, I did XL egg 14mins lid & MC on to test it, (yes I have one) it cooked it to perfection for me but hubby would like it just a little more runny so I will do it for 13min on Varoma @ Speed 1 next time, this is eggcellent {yes I had to say it lol} and great quality , highly recommended as far as im concerned. THIS COOKS BY EGG SIZES. SOFT YOLK! Hoping this helps. Just from someone who purchased one & LOVES IT!
So annoying that won't tell the most important part (time and temp). But so happy to have you to answer it. Thanks and have a lovely day ❤
I wonder if you start with boiled water
Was that for the one in the basket or the varoma?
@@shelleynowwilson sorry for late response been travelling, cold water start.
@@trinablum7102 in basket using varoma , sorry for late response but I’ve been travelling.
you can reduce cooking times as always by pouring in boiling water directly from the electric tea kettle which you turn on right before beginning setup.
exactly! great tip :)
Just a question, did you purchase the stem basket without a attached lid or did you remove the lid for better cooking?
it's actually an old steaming basket, they originally didnt come with a lid! but this would work the same regardless of the lid or no lid. but good question! x
How long does it take to cook the eggs pls?
here's all the cooking times :) www.alycealexandra.com/blogs/free-recipes/how-to-perfectly-poach-eggs-in-your-thermomix
