Hi Turbo is very useful. Its used in some recipes for chopping and also great when you want to clean a dip or cake mixture off the blades. Scarpe the bowl out first then turbo and everything round your blades will be pushed out onto the walls of the bowl making it easier to scrape

Kat you just find a jam recipe on cookidoo or the Thermomix recipe platform and copy that using your ingredients
