Japanese culture is awesome. I’m a bartender in the United States and I try to incorporate some of their techniques into my cocktails. Unfortunately, Americans don’t have the patience that people in Japan do, so their are some things I can’t do because it would take too long. If you have the time, check out some Japanese bartenders. They’ll blow your mind.

Steak was too rare for my liking.. another 1 minute each side to at least make the meat hot!! So relaxing to watch but is that really worth paying $250 for??? You could get 3 or 4 equally good steaks for that money.. ur just paying for the fancy stuff!!

Looks to me like a lot of touching the food pushing it around making it look special when in actuality you’re not really doing anything you got a good cut of meat but that’s about it kind of embarrassing when the bill arrives
From all the teppanyaki restaurants in your channel, this would be the one I will visit if I go to Japan. The attentiveness and dedication of the chef is far beyond my expectation. The food also looks very good and the kitchen is extremely clean. They serve good amount of meat, as well as the offering various choices of side dishes and ingredients. If I have to spend 250$, it has to be here!
That chief explaining everything is so good, even though Aden knows it feels good. The way chief put chips , salt,pepper and those green thing for Aden is superb.
I've been here with my GF and it is hands down the best Teppanyaki I've had in japan. Been to numerous others in Osaka, Tokyo, Nagano, etc. but this was the best.

I like that the chef gave tips, at high end Teppanyaki restaurants I always have my wagyu cooked according to the chef's recommendation, for the best experience. They know a lot more about the beef they're cooking than I do. While I know about the various cuts and what temperature usually suits each one the best, there are wagyu brand and grade combinations that are more desirable at a different level of doneness than you might normally choose.

When salt hits a flat grill it can bounce up because of the oil and how light the salt is. The hand is so it doesn't go flying towards the customer.
I think it's a way to show respect in their culture, like in host club or bar, they're covering while pouring drinks in front of client.
