Watching this tonight and I loved it. For you to have found this location of the Andy Griffith Show was awesome. Loved this show so much & especially Don Knotts. Then to hear you get so mad and rightfully so about the broken glass was spot on! I know this was several years ago and I hate to say that this kind of stuff has gotten SO much worse in L.A. & all over the state. Glad you had the opportunity to get out of Calif. Bass adventures and let’s not forget the escaped women convicts episode where they held Barney & Floyd hostage. Many great memories in those shows. Awwww he loves u. I miss my dog Mimi. We had to put her down cuz she caught cancer all over body. She was constantly in pain, so instead of watching n seeing her pain, we decided to let her go to doggie heaven. I wish I had a dog saying Good Morning to me like yours does. Did you know Opie was to little to throw the rock far enough to skip the lake, so someone stood out of camera shot and threw one to make it look like opies hit the water. I know this was a older vlog but I just now found it..LOVED it Thank You !!

My mom really enjoys your vlogs. She has Alzheimer’s and I have had trouble finding enough activities to keep her mind active and have fun during quarantine. She really enjoys your videos. A lot is just because you are so kind and have a fun personality. She also enjoys your content and remembers a lot of the people you talk about. This vlog caught her attention for sure. That park is also where they shot all the “mountain” stuff for The Waltons. It was essentially Walton’s Mountain. The Waltons was also shot at Desilu/Burbank studios.

An idea for a road trip is to go up to Mount Airy, North Carolina, which is where the annual Mayberry days festival is held. They have a parade, they have look-alike characters on the town streets , they have a lot of memorabilia and many of the store fronts such as the barbershop and the Bluebird Café are also tangible businesses. A lot of fun, a lot of great music and it’s Mayberry! And...the cemetery where Eng and Chang Bunker are buried(of Siamese twins fane). It really is a bunker hill because many of their relatives are buried there , also.

I think you've crossed two different AGS episodes together by accident. The second episode of the show was The Manhunt, where a prisoner escapes from Raleigh and Andy set him up to take the boat with the hole in it, but he wasn't a guy in the woods manipulating Opie, that's a show I sort of remember, but not the same episode.
As far as the advertisement wrap is concerned, check it out. I live in Bourbonnais and the buses are now frequently wrapped. The Chicago Transit Authority has been doing it for years.
I feel you Jordan about the Beer Bottle Caper. We all have our boiling points! Two of mine are Carts in the grocery line to hold a spot while they shop (Somehow a thing in Orlando) I just put their carts to the front of the store! Another is people driving n the Middle lane to get around traffic and try to squeeze in front of me--Nope.I know God does not like ugly, but he understands.

Just have to tell u that we have a post office about the same size as urs. There r 12 separate windows for attendants but there is never more than 2 postal workers at a time and a VERY long line. It’s a nightmare. Even for end of day bulk business they only have 2 ppl working. I hate going to the post office. I feel ur post office pain. 😱

yes my dog does stuff like that..EXACTLY like that haha Mine is the same breed as jaw and all they seem to do is lick lick lick lick lick lick lick ..i mean they will lick you to death and if you don't stop them they will stay there and lick your face all day . The original Candy Cat, I think, is in the valley somewhere near Chatsworth (SPahn Ranch). One or two of the Manson girls would dance there while Charlie waited at the Munch Box across the street.

I live near Jordan's neighborhood, too, near Guitar Center off Sunset. Bad behavior abounds in Hollywood, and I don't mean celebrities (well...maybe, although that's a different story). I mean poseurs and low-life wannabes who smash bottles on sidewalks.
Your Hobo story is close. The man was actually an escaped convict. The State Police think Andy is too dumb to understand their state of the art crime detection techniques, but Andy wins the day. When Andy and Barney goes to Emma Watson's home to ask if she's seen the convict, she says no. When Andy asks the always complaining Emma about her sciatica, she says she's fine. Andy knows she always complains about her sciatica, so he starts loudly telling Barney about where his fishing boat is docked. He knows the convict is in Emma's house and can hear him. The State Police still think Andy's a fool until he takes them to the pond where the convict is flailing in the water in the sinking boat. And calmly arrests the convict without incident.

I've watched at least 30 or 40 of your vlogs, and I just love them, but the one thing I'd NEVER seen was you petting or even touching your dog, not even one time. But the other day it happened, he was trying to lick you face in bed, and you actually reached up and petted him, I almost fainted. But my question is why? You clearly love your boy, so most people dote and pet their buds all the time, but not you, it's just a little odd to me. Inquiring minds want to know. What's up with that?
