It’s never in your best interest to start shit with someone in front of their property because if things do turn violent like this and you manage to defend yourself, you’re going to be viewed as the antagonist. This has actually happened to people before where they pick a fight with someone on their property and the property owner pulls a gun but ends up getting shot. The person that started the fight on the other persons property is normally charged with a crime in that situation. It just happens that the idiot getting out of his truck and picking fights happened to be unarmed. Don’t bring your fists to a gun fight. Or better yet, don’t stop in front of people’s property to start shit with them like a fucking idiot.
You don’t have a right to speed down neighborhood roads and then go back to someone’s property for saying something to you about it and picking a fight with them.

I don’t support the shooters actions at all, but it’s important to note that the guy in the red truck got himself killed because he was a hot head.
@@compmanio36 Correct, it’s unfortunate but you don’t know if these folks are good responsible gun owners w/ self control or if it’s a low intelligence hothead like this who thinks he can kill somebody for inconveniencing him. I trust gun owners are responsible and will defuse these situations, but I’ve seen a good number of cases like this where some gun owners don’t seem to understand the law and think they can legally do things like this. Not sure if it’s a lack of education or what
They’re both idiots, frankly.
This was tough to watch. As a combat veteran I was in fear everyday we were deployed. This was not what I expected to see. SMH it’s heartbreaking that our world has come to this.
This never ends in death in countries where people don't walk around with guns. I'm pretty happy to live in one of those places.
The man murders the unarmed guy shooting him in the back multiple times as he’s walking away. He then calls 911 and calmly explains this homicide like it’s just another day.
You mean, the "unarmed" guy (who might very well be armed or have a gun in the truck) that was speeding, then came back looking for a fight and assaulted the defender? That guy?
He was acquitted of 1st degree murder. Antillon got triggered by Gonzalez telling him to slow down and it cost him his life. He should have continued on living his life. We'll have to see how the 2nd trial goes.

So he yelled out to a speeding driver to prevent someone being struck n killed....... Yet he ends up killing someone..... Doesnt make sense. This was strait up murder

Actually, after seeing 15 minutes of the fellow put his depraved and immature mind on display, it makes perfect sense to me.
He wasn’t trying to prevent someone from being killed he wanted a confrontation
And if red truck guy was in an opposite situation, he would have done the same. ( RE backing up to continue the issue ) Nobody is going to tell ME what to do.
@@bobroberts2371 Nope. The exact same thing happened to me. I was driving my red truck (1997 Ford F350 Diesel) and a guy standing in his yard yelled at me to "slow the F down". The speed limit was 25 and I was going 25. It was in my neighborhood. I drove that street to get to my street. I always had the truck in second gear. It second gear it would go 25 mph and rev high, and I loved to hear that turbo diesel. I told the guy I was in second gear and going 25. He said I was speeding. I told him to get in and we drove around the lake. He admitted I was not speeding and said it sure sounded like I was. We have now been friends for 27 years. I'm going to send him this video.
Just imagine if the criminal politely said "People speed through our street all the time and children play here. Could you please keep that in mind next time?" instead of what happened? He'll have plenty of time to think about it now...
The man should continue to sit in jail because he should have never shot the man. He was in no danger
Multiple neighbors said this guy was a nightmare. Constantly looking for and creating problems. He shot a man multiple times who was unarmed walking away. Told the man “now your dead idiot” as he laid there dying. Then acted like nothing happened and took minutes before calling 911.
Nowhere close to actions of a man who innocently took a man’s life in self defense.
Also saying stuff like "How does the victim get put into the back of the vehicle"...
I will move away if he was my neighbor. Idiotic alpha male.
Normal stuff in sorry NM.
Chances are the man was just going to leave once he seen guy had him at gunpoint
As legal gun owners, we MUST put our pride aside and deescalate whenever possible. It takes a strong man to walk away from an encounter when he knows he has the tactical advantage.
That's the problem. Owning a guns often makes a weak man THINK he's a strong man.
And there's a hell of a lot of weak men around...
Turn the other cheek in Jesus Name Amen! The way he acted made him look emotionless, and selfish. Love your enemies!
Or a man with heart that doesn't want to kill over ego
As a legal concealed carrier myself I learned very quickly to not have a big ego at all, at the end of the day I usually dont even remember if someone called me this or that or flipped me off or whatever the case may be. 90% of the people you come across in everyday life will most likely never cross paths with you again. I have built tremendous amounts of patience as a ccw carrier. I couldnt imagine wanting to legit cause great bodily harm on someone because they called me a name or cut me off, etc, let alone murder them. I also grew up with a HUGE family and we would always have fun playfully roasting each other so I believe that helps with my patience and letting the insults go in 1 ear and out the other.
Absolutely brethren.
If the guy in the red truck have had his top up, windows rolled up or loud music he would have never heard this dude yelling. Or if the shooter would have been in his truck already or pulled in, this isn’t a thing. One minute your alive & walking, one minute later your dead or in jail. Life is weird.
What if what if what if? These are just how Mexicans act
This is also why you don’t confront people you don’t know. There is no reason to stop
Imagine thinking that the death penalty is an appropriate punishment for someone who was driving a little too fast in your neighborhood.
makes you wonder what the punishment should be for this guy
That disingenuous... he wasnt killed for driving to fast, he was killed because of "ego"... he didnt have to reverse his truck to confront the guy... 95% of ppl are not reversing their vehicle over a comment like that
