The truck driver will just stop right next to them and gas it to blow that thick black smoke into the pedestrian’s face and then drive off. So one particular day this guy did this to me and it pissed me off so i got beside him to yell at him…he pulls a gun and says “are you threatening me..” so imagine, this guy does this every time he drives to people with their windows roled down and people on motorcycles, knowing its a shitty thing to do, because he has a gun. If you are driving and somebody yells out - DO NOT DRIVE BACK AND START ARGUING WITH A COMPLETE STRANGER. 15% of the population is certifiably insane - you never know who you are dealing with.
You make a valid point that confrontational behavior can sometimes escalate into violence, and it’s wise to de-escalate or avoid such situations when possible. However, the idea that 15% of people are “certifiably insane and violent” isn’t supported by the data. Studies show that about 1-2% of the general population may engage in violent behavior annually, and of those, only a very small fraction (less than 0.1%) are individuals with severe mental illness. In fact, most people with mental illnesses are not violent and are far more likely to be victims of violence rather than perpetrators. That said, you’re absolutely correct that confrontation can be a major red flag. People who are confrontational with strangers are statistically more likely to escalate situations into violence, so it’s usually best to disengage and avoid provocation. While the “15%” figure might be an overestimate, the spirit of your advice-to avoid escalating situations with potentially unstable or aggressive individuals-is sound and practical.

SO this random woman started yelling at me. It wasnt even her kid... and when she didnt feel satisfied yelling at me she tried to involve her husband... also not his kid either. Dude started trying to fight me while holding his tiny little girl. I asked why would I even want to do that. He kept saying well lets take this outside. My main thoughts other than why try to fight someone while holding your child, I dont know if he has a gun, he doesnt know I do have a gun. No reason to fight him I have my kids and he clearly isnt going to fight me in here. I de-escalated by drawing attention to other staff members of the pool. That way it would collaborate my story should asshole wait for me outside later on. Especially since I kept trying to de-escalate. All happened within a few minutes. I mostly just created distance afterwards. The staff was on my side since I wasnt the one escalating and kept trying to break off from the argument. All because someone else wasnt watching their little demon child. Which later the parent of said kid made their child apologize to my daughter. Was a youth pastors kid no less. He had a son with him as well about my daughters age. Moral of the story though keep your ego in-check and dont take the fight outside or get into a physical fight in the first place. You cant always avoid confrontation, but you can typically avoid making it worse.

They do it on purpose. I have saw guys do this to random people walking down the side walk. Welcome to gun nuts...
If you run into an a#%hole in the morning, it means you ran into an a#%hole. If you run into a#%holes all day, it means you’re the a#%hole.
If you are driving and somebody yells out - DO NOT DRIVE BACK AND START ARGUING WITH A COMPLETE STRANGER. 15% of the population is certifiably insane - you never know who you are dealing with.
Well other D.F is in prison where he belongs another coward with a gun
You definitely have a valid point.

2 jurors were probably idiots
That one is murder. He drew and fired because of his ego.
100%. He thinks he's big and scary and tough and when the other guy walked right up to him without being even slightly intimidated, it was like a slap in his face and he had to kill the guy for it.
