It used to, but it soon became the worst ride that even the one on the studio tour is WAY better. Universal even agreed but it’s too late.
The Back to the Future segment was a great touch.

I think it would be cool if they updated the Jupiters claim attraction with a couple of extra special effects. I was thinking maybe water sprinklers with red spotlights to look like blood rain? Maybe some of the signs or roofs could raise up like Jean jacket is trying to pick them up? And I think it would also be cool if maybe they could get live actors in the alien costumes hiding around in the buildings (like the kids in the barn from the movie) I feel like the current JC sets are cool, but they need more than just the sounds and music, because I feel like people don’t really get what’s going on unless they’ve seen the movie before.
TLDR: Maybe add more effects to Jupiter’s claim to make it look cooler.

Im not gonna lie.
The earthquake is my favorite place in the studio tour its crazy, cool and its the mini version of disaster ride in Orlando which was replaced so this is kinda a memorial of the disaster ride

wasn,t the tractor part of the truck red back then and now they gave it a paint job and then they painted it green
The oil tanker was red and white and now it’s green and white with its fuel load ( liquid gas being replaced with ( hydrogen)

I think Universal should lean more into physical sets like Earthquake. I hate the Kong 3D and Fast N Furious segments.
Kong is really cool imo but fast and furious is just stupid

I used to like earthquake, but I think it and most of the studio tour is just so cheesy now. Maybe its partly because Kong and Fast and Furious rides are so terrible lol

@@frauwolftherehorse ya that’s true but it’s an homage to the original attraction. The light turns on, there’s smoke, the bell rings, and the whistle sounds so to us Universal Fans it’s pretty close to the actual thing returning
