To add on top of what I have mentioned. Yes sibo (leaky gut) has destroyed my life made me look uglier skinnier (weight loss and malabsorption) with damaged hair loss and damaged aging dull dry skin, dry mouth beside other autoimmune symptoms and delayed mental and somewhat physical growth, all due to leaky gut which send toxins through blood to the rest of the body specially the upper body and the head (brain) which requires wet cupping therapy on the head, face, back and tummy. I'm still 24 yr, but lost my youth. While I was in high school back in 2013 and earlier, I suffered from stress, anxiety and pretty fast heart rate coupled with IBS, bloating, heartburn, fluctuations, alternating constipation and diarrhea. I also used to get discharges from the belly bottom, yellow liquid smells stinky and nasty, but over years it stopped discharging but still bad smell coming out of it. I have been suffering with this shit from my high school until almost 2020. Over the years I was researching on my own and got confused and screwed up, but over time I started to focus on gut issues untill I found the leaky gut and candida💡. I'm currently on gut healing process by herbal antibiotics like oregano oil and berberine with low fodmap diet and will see how it goes. I hope that I'll gain weight back again as my health.

Sorry guys for the late reply. Finally I found the secret of my issue. It's particulary sifo (small intestinal fungal overgrowth) or yeast overgrowth. It's different from sibo. Sifo and sibo share the same symptoms. I found that sifo can cause all the symptoms in relation with food. Because during my teenage I used to get stressed during high school and a bit earlier, which stress weaken the immune system, allowing the yeast to overgrow in the small intestine a condition called systemic candidiasis. Sifo causes food intolerance specifically gluten intolerance with gut symptoms like bloatings, pain, discomfort and constipation. Sifo causes nutrients deficiency like b12, vitamin d, zinc and iron because the yeast overgrowth eat up the food. Also it causes damage to the gut lining and cause leaky gut, then autoimmune symptoms appear like muscle tension and restless leg syndrome, muscle twitches, joints pain, puffy eyes every morning after waking up, racing heart beats, cold hands and feets, insomnia, fogy brain, mood swings and bad mood, aging, hair loss, feeling unsteady irratible and anxious, poor quality of life in general. Also, in particular it causes oral thrush, white tongue with bad breath and dry mouth (yeast overgrowth on tongue). Tongue scraper helps with good oral hygiene which is a must. Sifo causes frequent urination (uti) and massive dandruff on the scalp and diffused damaged brittle dry hair loss. Briefly, the treatment for this condition is a course of antifungal, just like an antibiotics. Note: the over use of antibiotics causes overgrowth of candida yeast. Treatment including antifungals taken with probiotics along with absolutely free sugar diet, free gluten and low carb and avoiding dairy. No one can live without sugar, so few intake of low sugar fruits and not on a daily basis. Because yeast candida love and thrive on sugar and gluten food specially (pasta). Two types of antifungals (traditional and natural), the best brands are 1. Fluconazole pill form (traditional) 2. Undecylenic acid (natural) by Thorne sf722 from iherb. I ordered the sf722 from iherb and waiting until arrives. I'll update soon after taking the sf722 untifungal and hopefully I'll recover completely. Sf722 gained great reputation based on the reviews and been recommended by doctors.

Hello guys. I'm back with good news. I have been taking Thorne sf722 (undecylenic acid) on the 3rd bottle now, I sware to God that it has worked for me like a charm. All the symptoms has been eliminated including the bad breath, white tongue, anxiety, palpitations (racing heart) and panic attacks, foggy brain. Even I'm noticing that I have no more sensitivity and issues with gluten, and I'm eating sugar and sweets with no issues. I have no more constipation, instead I'm making a huge amount of normal poop almost every day. I'm enjoying mental clarity and feeling calm all the time. I started to eat gluten food and sugar gradually and lightly in the middle of the third bottle. I'm still taking from the bottle and I'll keep it as my daily routine. Note: for now I'm limiting my sugar and gluten intake while taking sf722 on the 3rd bottle. The bottle dosage is 5 pills 3 times a day, I followed the directions on the 1st bottle then started to decrease the dose gradually, so on the 2nd bottle I decided to take 4 pills twice a day, and on 3rd bottle 4 pills twice a day and sometimes once a day. So it turned out that my issue was yeast overgrowth (sifo). And YES Thorne sf722 is legit and genuine🙂

However, I am 100% better than 2 years ago at least. Fasting helped me, watching my diet has helped me, taking L-glutamine and a bit of MSM has helped, the right fiber slowly has helped, certain probiotics. I am going to add a couple of more supplements to my routine soon that will help even more. I am getting closer to where I feel comfortable. Right now, though I try to avoid Mexican, Indian food because spicy food doesn't work for me yet, but I will have Indian food today, so wish me luck, but last time I had spicy food I was okay. I don't know your symptoms. As for me, I have IBS-D that means with the diarrhea. I also have sinus problems, breathing issues, and these issues are connected to the gut. And I don't know which country you're located in. Different things help different people. Anyway, you could boost your health maybe by finding black seed oil which the ancient Egyptians prized and all over the Middle East and then the Prophet Mohammed also continued that tradition of the Egyptians and others. Just be consistent about what you're doing with your health, eat some boiled or cooked vegetables, avoid sugary foods, gluten, and get enough good fiber, and generally avoid high FODMAP foods. Buy enough of a supply. Also, if you exercise very often for 6 weeks, it can also change your gut biome to some extent. I walk about at least 5 kilometers every day. I also meditate now.

There are several suggestions for treating leaky gut naturally
Have a whole food, nutrient-rich diet that avoids foods that irritate the gut
Make sure your digestion is working: You can follow an idea diet, but if you aren’t digesting food appropriately, it is not going to help.
Find and eradicate underlying food sensitivities - eliminate a suspected food for a period of time
Find ways to reduce and eliminate stress:eg Prayer, meditation, moderate exercise, adequate sleep, and regular massage
Consume gut healing foods and nutrients
Balance your gut flora using appropriate amounts of fermented foods in your diet each day.
      Discover and remove gastrointestinal infections
Consider the use of gut-irritating medications:
      Lessen exposure to environmental toxins
Get enough sleep and avoid overtraining which are a form of stress to the body.
(I learned these and why they work from Richala remedy system site )

I think we all need something to BOOST our immune system and detox pathways, not kill the bacteria. That's the true root cause. Why is your immune system not regulating harmful bacteria in your gut or bacteria that doesn't belong in the small intestine? You're probably immunocompromised or overburdened. Try glutathione (liposomal, buy on eBay, not Amazon), elderberry, then antimicrobials. Also, go vegan wfpb no oil, salt, nor sugar. It will be catastrophically painful at first, but that's just herx. Hopefully glutathione helps with that. Also, up Brazil nut intake (good for selenium).

No no no! Think about it. Why are antibiotics harmful to the gut? They kill off good bacteria. Why would a colon irrigation be harmful to the colon? It flushes out good bacteria. No! Also, it can push up waste into the small intestine and cause SIBO! Pleas tell me you didn't do it!!
