vedran's guitar tone for this whole track is crazy, i just wanna know how he did it
A good magician never reveals his secrets :D
"Trying to make the bass not sound like a bassguitar, BASE-ically" 👌💯
I am so disappointed that I am only discovering this band now 2022! I have listened and watched over 10 of their music videos and live performances and I'm just floored! I can't get enough of them. They've literally managed to wedge themselves into one of my favorite bands in no time at all. Such talented song writers and musicians. The lyrics and execution within the melody against some amazing drum syncopations is so much more than just being clever. Its as if each song is written with a theatrical performance in mind. I'm just blown away! Absolutely Amazing!
Mona Lisa almost didnt make it? That would be a shame
Definitely my favourite track on the album
I love this song and I'm very glad it did make it to the album. I'm waiting for delivery BTW
This is one of my favourite songs on the album. I'm surprised it almost didn't make it.
This has ended up being my new fav song of the album and my new fav from De Staat.
Not many bands can do that.
I love how the guy on the couch just isn't having any fun
That's just his vibe
I was hoping they'd discuss the lyrics, I'm curious to know what that's about.
My favorite track on the album. I like it because it sounds like a twisted rock song, while the others mostly sound like regular electronic music with vocals.
This is my favourite song on the album
I hope we will find the "Star Trick" soon enough!
The opening is like a stuttery 'Spirit in the Sky'.
How do you manage to reproduce all those sounds live? Like do you make presets for all your pedalboards for every song? And for the keys?
First thing i thought of when i heard the intro was La Grange by ZZ Top
Let’s go girls.
What’s her name again?
